Me an my family went to have my Daughters birthday, Bri was our sever, she was great. Food was on time . Meaning time before apps an our dinner, they song happy birthday an my daughter had a time…. I am not sure but I think our Applebee has changed for the better!!!!!!!!

I guess the waiter was waiting for all the plates to come out leaving some sitting. My food and my BF food was cold so we packed it to go. Manager walked by and asked of everything was ok and I told her kind of and explained what happened. She offered to remake the food but we were already walking out and it took more then 30mins to get our original order to begin with. She offer a gc and I agreed. Have the waiters ask if we want to wait or can she bring the plates as the come because sirloin steak with cheese and shrimp on top cold is gross and chips and fish cold is already gross. But I will be back to dine in again as we love this place. It won't always be a great experience but I'm glad the manager at least tried to solve it in the moment

I ordered a Oriental chicken salad it was the size of a side salad 8 tiny pieces of chicken.hardly worth $14.
Had such an amazing dinner with the besties!! Mindy was the Bartender and she’s absolutely fantastic!!!

50% of the tables were empty. We were told 1 1/2 hour wait. Absurd!! When we asked the manager about this wait she told us the kitchen was so far behind on orders that they could take anymore new orders. Terrible answer. We finally got a table and wait staff was great. Our food came out fine. There was no need to make us wait for so long for a table.
