I guess the waiter was waiting for all the plates to come out leaving some sitting. My food and my BF food was cold so we packed it to go. Manager walked by and asked of everything was ok and I told her kind of and explained what happened. She offered to remake the food but we were already walking out and it took more then 30mins to get our original order to begin with. She offer a gc and I agreed. Have the waiters ask if we want to wait or can she bring the plates as the come because sirloin steak with cheese and shrimp on top cold is gross and chips and fish cold is already gross. But I will be back to dine in again as we love this place. It won't always be a great experience but I'm glad the manager at least tried to solve it in the moment

50% of the tables were empty. We were told 1 1/2 hour wait. Absurd!! When we asked the manager about this wait she told us the kitchen was so far behind on orders that they could take anymore new orders. Terrible answer. We finally got a table and wait staff was great. Our food came out fine. There was no need to make us wait for so long for a table.

Server was rude Taryn k it was my birthday and served me last after i ordered i invited our driver in to place a order in for himself 15 minutes after original order and i was still served after him did not bring me my first drink or my wifes would not take any of my orders for the night glasses and silverware were dirty and only came to table 3 times we had to ask other workers for placing orders and on top of that no b-day Sunday and song would at least saved the night but here we are had no time to eat the rest of group had already eaten and waited for my meal to come was defalently one of a

Went on a Wednesday night around 6pm. 2 adults 3 children. Waited approximately 25 minutes for a table and then another hour for the food after being seated. Waitresses did not acknowledge us unless waived down. We were never asked if drink refills were needed. Every plate that came out was room temperature. Nothing was hot or even warmed. Asked for shrimp on the steak and was not given but sure was charged for it. The chicken plate was supposed to be "smothered" in sautéed mushrooms i maybe had 3 small pieces under the chicken. The kids meals or room temperature at best. After being served this food we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for silverware! Overall horrible experience. If you can not take the customers and have better service then I suggest closing. Waiting is one thing but Everton else shouldn't have transpired.
