I had decided to stop here, at the last minute for a beverage and a snack on my way home, as I didn't have the best day. I was greeted with a smile and a hello. I sat at the bar, and Mindy, the bartender, took care of me. She was most pleasant and cheerful, and though she was busy, she made everyone including me feel like they were the only customer she had. I ended up staying longer than I had planned, this is by far the best experience I've had at Applebee's, thanks to Mindy who turned my less than stellar day 180° and ended it way better than it started. Thank you Mindy.
