Don't know about the arltmosphere, Didn't go in. I LOVE their Beef &
Manager had a attitude towards me didn't really want to take my order. She unlocked the door to let me in. I asked for napkins and horsey sauce and was completely snub and she walk away and I asked another lady there for heresy sauce and ignored me. Just don't what there problem was with me never had contact with these people before. But knew the cook in there.

I ordered ONE thing. A beef n cheddar with extra sauce. Of course, no extra sauce so I had to go back through the drive thru to get a side. When I checked the sandwich it was so small compared to what they used to be. It's now half the size for twice the price. I asked if she gave me a mini size or something but she said it was their classic. Maybe they should call it the new classic because it definitely isn't what it used to be.

The manager was berating an employee in front of customers, repeating herself over an over again. Shame on you!

Firstly, I had a huge order, about 46 bucks..you'd think spending that much you would at least get served non-messy food and drinks yeah? The girl at window handed a coke that was way too full it kept spilling coke ALL over my car. and then i pull over to clean up..no napkins, had to use a old towel. then i open my food and what do i see? messed up my food order. ?

Went through drive through because my son wanted beef n cheddar but only had $10. I asked the order taker what was a better deal and she pleasantly gave me prices. At the window we were politely told it would be a moment. When she gave us the food she even asked if we needed sauce. Must have also seen me take my meds out as she also asked if I'd like a water. I replied no thank you and she told us to have a great night. I went back around to get her name. Thank you Christina for the wonderful friendly service. OH and the sandwiches were fresh :)
