I tossed 3 or 4 stars back and forth so I wish I could do a half but alas, I cannot. Atmosphere? If they could mop the floor with something other than Coca-Cola that would be awesome! Actually I think they use too much product to water when mopping the floor. Every time I go in there my feet stick to the floor and then my shoes stick to everything until I can get outside and wipe them on the grass. Husband and I ordered the beef and cheddar. Both had more cheese than what was needed for 2 sandwiches let alone one. And while this might sound good, it's actually way too much and makes for a very sloppy sandwich. And I'm actually not sure why I ordered that because I hate the bun. Those onions are gross on that bun. I used to order it on a regular bun but at some point I was told that's not allowed so I never tried again but then the guy behind us ordered a sandwich on a different bun so I'll be doing that again from now on. And I had a togo order after we ate and I ordered it as a large combo but for some reason the guy rang it up as a medium but I didn't realize it until after I paid for it and he gave me the medium cup. I miss the old experience at Arby's before they took away the bell...and what happened to that?

Just got off work decided to go and get a chicken sandwich meal when I get home the chicken was old. The fries was hard and the drink was horrible. Went back up there to get it remade. A man was sweeping the floor. The woman asked him to make some fries. He did not wash his hands at all then he proceeded to try to make my sandwich that’s when I had enough got my money back. He’s still was around all the food. They never threw the sandwich away. They never talk to him or asked him to wash his hands. They act like this was normal please people be careful. This is very disgusting
If I could leave zero stars, I would. My order was completely wrong, so I returned to have it corrected. I was told it would be replaced, but while I stood there waiting, the woman preparing my food walked away. A man named Darrell, who had just been sweeping the floor, came up to assist. Shockingly, he dropped my fries while still wearing the same dirty gloves and then proceeded to touch my chicken sandwich with them. At that point, I lost my patience. It was unacceptable. Hannah was the shift lead, and unfortunately, the entire team’s behavior was unprofessional and unhygienic. They watched it happen and made me feel like I was the problem for speaking up. Absolutely disgusting experience. I will not be returning.

I came through last night and my order was all screwed up. I called today and spoke with the managers Nicole and Dawn, they replaced the order along with an amazing smile and was very polite. They both made the visit very well worth it today!!!!!
