I don't know if I just came in at a bad time for the past couple of times. But every time I come here the floor is riddled in food crumbs. And there's always at least one table with trash on it. They're always fast with the food though and the employees are absolutely friendly but the restaurant itself is just always dirty. And for some reason today the floor was extremely sticky to the point you could hear the rubber off my shoes peeling off the floor. I would never eat in here but the food is always good

I could have done without the overly loud almost yelling between employees. The food was good, fresh, and hot. They failed to provide napkins, tables needed attention, and the bathroom was almost out of supplies.

Bought four classic beef and cheddar said no red sauce. It was correct but two of the sandwiches had no cheese & all regular bun not onion roll. Wasn’t happy with results and having to pay $5.29 a sandwich 1- medium curly fry and 1- Mac and cheese bites for almost $30 . Won’t eat there anymore.

2-7-2024With not being from the area and not knowing what fast food is “good” here, we decided to give this Arby’s a try.LET ME TELL YOU THAT THIS WAS THE QUICKEST AND FRIENDLIEST VISIT IVE HAD AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN ALMOST FOREVER.We placed our order and literally 2-3 mins later we were eating!!!THIS IS THE BEST ARBYS IN THE DETROIT METRO AREA!!!!! Probably even the best in THE USA!!!Simply loved our experience here.

None of the sandwiches that come with bacon actually have any bacon. It's more like a bacon chip or half of a piece. And they always put too much sauce. You can complain cause they never answer the phone.

Rose was extremely rude and argumentative while ordering. Proceeded to have a horrible tone of voice when given a coupon at the window, and said she didn’t want to honor it because she would have to void and reenter the entire order because we didn’t say that at the window (not posted). Finally, when I asked for sauce for my food she asked “for what,” and told me it was not needed for my sandwich; which, in my opinion is not much of her concern.

Yummy Arby’s. I’ve been craving a beef and cheddar. Curly fries were crispy and seasoned. My sandwiches were a bit light on the meat and Arby’s is on the high side of pricing for fast food. Clean restaurant and friendly team that gave us coupons. Good location on telegraph. I just want Arby’s to stop being stingy with their beef and it’d be 4 or 5 stars.Parking: Easy to find.Kid-friendliness: Loved Arby’s when I was a kid.
