How in the hell do I place a mobile order and get there 15mins later its still not made. Asked about my order and the lady said that she doesn't see it on the screen. I showed her my app and she confirmed it's that address but didn't see it on their end. 2 cars in the drive thru line no1 there 20 sandwiches on the counter she goes to the back and is making something completely different. I asked her is she making my simple order and she says it's not on the screen so she can't make it. I had to go out of my way to get a refund. I have to wait 3 days for it to come to me. It's only $7 but it's the principle. I've always ate at this arbys location. Always thought it was a little slow for it to not be busy but this is ridiculous!

I ordered a beef gyro combo. It was excellent the sandwich looked like it did on the menu, fries hot and fresh, and the recommended chocolate shake was perfect. Friendly and proffesional crew, super clean kitchen and dining room, good prices, and delicious food. This place deserves 10 stars!

I got off work and wanted a late night bite to eat. This location was about to close with 30 min to spare. I normally don’t go to locations if I knew they were about to close, but I was greeted by AJ. Although it was late and they were about to close, he made sure that I got fresh food and when he greeted me he was happy to take my order and made sure that everything was straight. Food came out good too. My new favorite Arby’s location.
