I go to this Arby’s all the time and lately they suck really bad I got a cheesesteak with no peppers and no onions because the little one is allergic to onions so one guy comes to the window and said they only have it with onions and peppers right now so I said I’m good just refund me and he said I got you so I figured I would get refunded which I didn’t I get home and I have a cheesesteak with onions and peppers I would really suggest not going to this Arby’s the guy at the windows attitude sucked let alone the food being cold after waiting 15 mins in the drive threw and it wasn’t what I asked for

Normally I go to the Arby's closer to my house on Telegraph (US 24) but since it's cut down to one lane on both sides traffic is a mess so I chose to go to the Arby's on Eureka Rd near Inkster. This Arby's was very slow to take orders at the drive thru speaker. I was the 2nd vehicle in the drive thru line and the car in front of me waited easily 10 minutes to place their order. When I finally got to the speaker my wait wasn't long. When I got to the window I had a slight wait but nothing out of the ordinary and my jalapeno bites were very hot (because who can wait to get home to eat those!?). The food was good and made exactly as ordered. I think the long wait at the speaker was really due to be short staffed inside which is really out of their control. Even though I had a long wait the extremely hot food was enough to make me think I should probably just drive the extra distance from now on to come to this Arby's!

Super excited to try the new cheese steak sandwich and mine didn't even have the peppers.(Didn't warn us they were out of peppers or anything.) bread was hard as heck like it was sitting/ old and they warmed it up too long. Smh. So disappointed. 😒😕 Don't get me started on how much meat mine was lacking.

cheese steak sandwich had alot of grizzle and bone, the jamocha shake was very weak, now I know why I quit going there

Restaurant was totally clean, serving counter was not cluttered like alot of other places. People were very friendly and polite. Sandwiches were hot and delicious. Fries were fresh and crisp. Mozzarella sticks were crisp hot. Best meal I've had at an Arby's!!

Lobby is always locked. It's 630 and the lobby is locked down and currently sitting in a long line for drive thru that almost blocks eureka rd
