So I love this location because of the manager. Shes nice and very attentive. Makes things fresh if asked. I ask again for nuggets out the oven fresh and cashier ignores me and grabs nuggets out the case. I ask again for nuggets fress out the oven. She ignores again. I couldn't be it and then she says here you go with attitude. Her name I'munique L. This happened at 5:57pm 2 whole hours before closing time at 8pm and it only takes 10 minutes for nuggets when I get them out the ove. I was so disappointed. If she said she couldn't do it that would be one thing but to ignore me and just hand me harder nuggets out the case is completely unexpected and she needs to be trained more before she can be in customer service.

I counted 5 workers, and 1 worker doing everything working the register and packing orders. 3 workers on break at the same time and a long line. I get up to the counter to order and it's an additional 10min wait on mini dogs on top of waiting 15mins in line. This location needs to be shut down. Service continues to be slow and poor.

Was in there on 8/31/2024 around 4:40pm. The employees working the register are very rude and inpatient while placing an order. Also the female employee that was working the register on the left side, touched a pizza pretzel with her bare hands too put it back in the case because we changed our mind when seeing how dried out the full size pretzels were, at the same time as working the register(cross contamination and germs). Also, it wasn’t very busy at the time. ??♀️ Hopefully the boss cares and checks the cameras, because I can take the rudeness but not all the touching or food with bare hands while handling money. ?

Service- the service was fast and friendly.
Food- the food was made fresh and was hot and tasty. Love the frozen lemonades! Prices were very fair.

Be careful the black lady charged me twice for one order then when I showed her my bank of america app with duplicate charges she said only one would be posted but then the two got posted be careful I had to call bank waste my time to dispute the

Went to pick up a doordash and they weren't even busy but acted confused and surprised I was there..I only parked, walked through the whole mall...but you had no idea to start the order until I got there?? Rightttttt. Thats not how it works. I let the customer know they hadn't even started it, had time to go pick up another order ACROSS the street, outside of the mall that came in after...and somehow they knew to have my order ready! By the time I got back, they were still finishing up like one thing of pretzels. I swear, some of these restaurants just want to screw around with dashers. I won't be back and highly recommend you don't order from here unless u want to wait an hour to get one pretzel.

Upon entering the mall.... There it was.. I saw it. Auntie anne's pretzels... Yeah baby! Headed straight for the pretzel joint. Dang there a line. But it moved quick enough.Ordered a regular warm salted pretzel with cheeeeeeeese.Received a warm pretzel with cheese.Ate warm pretzel with cheese.All is good. Go here. Order the pretzel. With cheese.
