Each employee needs a training in how to speak to a customer. Definitely don't recognize this A&W, especially because there are 3 others close by. I'm truly unsure how or why this one is open with the customer service they give.

I'm from Florida and we don't have this restaurant there, I so looked forward to getting a footlong at A&W and got one but for some reason it was different, not as good, they changed the quality of the bun and skimpy on the chili, but the root beer was great as usual

The place is really run down! We dined in,waiting for our food,and the ceiling was leaking,while we were eating the ceiling was really leaking water all over the floor. The cashier delivers our food and says you didn't order drinks...I said Yes I know we didn't! 2 people running that place...do better!!! Crappy place wouldn't suggest that A&W even if my life depended on it!

This place seems to be very under staffed. And management seems to be really harsh toward their staff. I came in and got root beer and soup and the soup had like no flavor like it was cut with something?. And the root beer I was given was not even full a third almost half of it was foam.

Tried to order my food. When the price was different than normal, I was told âJesus Christ just pull forward.â I am not gonna be talked to like that from some juiced up kid at a drive-through window. Probably doesnât even wash his hands.

I have eaten here for almost 20 years now .. until the last few years there has always been exceptional food and service. About a month and a half ago we ordered food for the whole family . When ordering my cheese curds I was asked if I wanted sauce . I added cheese hot . (Which comes hot*) when we received all of our food i couldn't find my cheese sauce until I heard my 2.5 year old screaming because it was in the kids meal bag instead with my food and she got burned! We dropped it and moved on . .. have it a shot today again and the manager on duty today was really rude in general . The sun was in my fiancé's eyes so she closed the blinds . I was informed to not touch the blinds and let them know and they will do it . I understand if we were rough on the blinds but seriously cmon . I can see this lace slowly loosing the charm we once enjoyed ...
