I'm from Florida and we don't have this restaurant there, I so looked forward to getting a footlong at A&W and got one but for some reason it was different, not as good, they changed the quality of the bun and skimpy on the chili, but the root beer was great as usual

I have eaten here for almost 20 years now .. until the last few years there has always been exceptional food and service. About a month and a half ago we ordered food for the whole family . When ordering my cheese curds I was asked if I wanted sauce . I added cheese hot . (Which comes hot*) when we received all of our food i couldn't find my cheese sauce until I heard my 2.5 year old screaming because it was in the kids meal bag instead with my food and she got burned!...

Papa burger is outstanding!
Finally! A burger that looks just like it's picture! The fries are delicious and of course that wonderful rootbeer!
This location is kept clean and the staff seem to work well together.
The manager is hands on and interacts well with her team.
Dining area is clean
