Placed a mobile order. Arrived to pick it up and was told they are sold out of the product. I asked for a refund and was told no, I can get something else. I said no thank you, that’s what I came here for I will just take a refund.
Was then told they will not refund you if you place a mobile order. I asked if there was a number I can call They said no but I can just get something else
I said no, how do I get my money back
“I don’t know, you can just get something else”
So I was forced to leave with no money and no product
Now have to file a dispute with my bank because the email on the app never responded (it’s been multiple days) and I tried to call the number on the app and it just says that they’re not available … every day…. Every time I call

I stopped there. I was going to get an ice cream cake or something small for my kids birthday just to sing to her before we do her actual celebration. I ordered one of the cute little creature creations. I thought it was perfect. She's going to ring me up. She doesn't stick anything in the cup that would make it a creature creation. It's just a cup of ice cream I say. Can I get the decorations she goes? Oh you want that I'm like. Yeah it's for my kid.. so she gives me one the wrong one.. then I say don't I get one of those free crowns. It says right on the sign a free crown with every purchase she goes. No I had to walk her over to the sign and show her. Then she goes. No you would have had to pick the dragon or the wizard or something stupid I go. I did I go. So do you have any of them? I'll take any of them. She's like no... I go. So what was the point of me ordering this? Why didn't you tell me that at the beginning this is just a cup of ice cream... It was so annoying. I paid $10 for two scoops of ice cream lol

I’ve door dashed here with my coworkers quite a few times (They always talk me into it even after the first couple of times of not getting the order right) Every single time, the order is wrong. Not once, but TWO times, they didn’t even warn our dasher so they could send us a message, and put some kind of nuts in the milkshake! What if someone was allergic??? Also, a couple dashers have told us before about the rude employees and making them always wait around. Very unacceptable.

Last two times I order cakes online well in advance, paid for both well in advance, received confirmation the orders will be ready on pick up date only to go on those dates and well they do not have my cakes! 1st time I thought ok I guess that can happen, but for this to happen 2 times with no resolution I have decided to no longer give my business to them. If you are ordering a cake for special occasions at this location be prepared to have a back up plan! Most likely your order will not be there!

Butter pecan ice cream was freezer burn and nasty. Doors to the freezer kept swinging open. The clerk had been sleeping, windows dirty. She didn't wash her hands.

Ordered 2 double dip "Chocolate chip" w waffle cones. ALMOST $16.00!!! I USED TO GO TO BASKIN ROBBINS YEARS BACK, EVERYDAY N ALWAYS ORDER THE SAME ORDER.... THE ICE CREAM WAS SO BLAN, NO TASTE AT ALL N THE WAFFLE CONES WERE ON THE STALE SIDE. Prices are up of course but the taste is definitely not worth the price! WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER ICE CREAM FROM ANY BASKIN ROBBINS

Came in for a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. The cashier was rude, he literally didn’t say anything to me. Like at all. No hello, what I can get you. Just silence. And he made my milkshake watery af. Very nasty. Won’t be back.

I placed an online order 2, 3 scoop cups and a shake. The flavors I received were not what I ordered and the shake was all milk.
We love this place. Konda-Reddy is always here when we come in. It's rare we don't see him here. He greets us with a bright smile when we walk through the door and is super pleasant and patient with our indecisive family. He remembers my order (as you can see, I am not the indecisive one of the bunch) every time and promptly makes it when I come in. The pumpkin cheesecake ice cream is so good! Really enjoy coming here to visit and have some fun with our kids. :) Thank you for making it a pleasant experience every time Reddy!

Ordered off UberEats. Didn't get two of the toppings and whole item (scope of ice cream). The ice cream we did get was definitely old, with freezer burn.
