I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS UNTIL THEY SOLD THE PLACE. THAT'S WHERE IT BEGINS. MY LAST FEW ORDERS HAVE BEEN WRONG AND QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN AS WELL. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME I PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION. IT WAS AWESOME PIZZA BEFORE THEY STARTED MESSING WITH IT NOW. THEY GOT CHEAP ON THE TOPPINGS WITH THE LESS IS MORE APPROACH. NOT A GOOD IDEA. THEN LITERALLY POURING BUTTER ON THE CRUST TO MAKE IT CRISPIER, NAH NOT GONNA FLY. LACK OF TICKET COMPREHENSION, LIKE READ IT AND FOLLOW WHAT IT SAYS. I ORDERED DEEP DISH ALL THE TIME AND JUST GONE DOWN HILL. TIME TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PIZZA JOINT THAT CATERS TO THE CUSTOMER AND NOT THERE BOTTOM LINE. ONLY PIZZA THAT WAS GOOD HOT OR COLD. DAMN YOU GUYS HAD THE WORLD AND YA LET IT FALL.

Food is good which is why I’ve ordered from here nearly every week for years. When I called to tell them they got my order wrong last night, I understand mistakes happen, but wanted a credit for my toppings not received (about 5 dollars). The phone operator was very rude despite my staying pleasant. She offered me $3 credit then hung up on me. Rude. Good luck. Won’t order again.

I’ve been coming here for years. There must be new owners because the food has never tasted so good and fresh. The people are friendly . I’ve tried the broasted chicken, pizza, benito bread. It’s all amazing. I’m definitely coming back !! 10/10

Extremely unsatisfied. Ordered a large one topping pizza which was 11.99 with coupon and medium cheese bread. I asked for 1 additional topping and garlic parm crust. The guy at the counter charged me 2 extra topping for the crust. Never in my 38 years of ordering pizza is the seasoning a topping charge. Ended up paying 27.54. Then this guy gets snippy with me at the counter saying bro do you want it or not? Im like im just asking and of course I want the food im here! I asked if he was the owner now as I've never seen him and he said yes iam! Super unprofessional and super unhappy. I will not be going back here. Just sad cause I love benitos and have been coming here for over 15 years. What a mean worker! He told me I dont need to be aggressive and I wasnt i was just asking why it was so much! Usef wouldn't of done that to me nor would he of treated me with such disrespect and anger.
Haven't ordered from Benitos in about a year. Had a bad order and quit ordering awhile back. We'll today i gave it another try and im so glad I did. I dont know if its under new management etc but my husband and I are blown away how excellent the pizza was. Fresh. Super generous on all the cheese and toppings. The pizza dough was 10/10. Greeted with a smile soon as I walked in. Highly recommend ordering from Benitos in taylor. You won't be disappointed 😋
