They have more than one option for sugar free flavoring! I got a sugar free Carmel iced latte and it was delish! Not bitter at all.

Visited on May 20th, 2023.Staff was super awesome & helpful.I had the Bear Butterscotch (I think that's what it was called) & Delicious ?. I also got an asiago cheese bagel w/cream cheese & my husband loved his breakfast bagel (Asiago cheese bagel, egg & sausage).Very clean & overall great experience.

This store has great employees but is never open during their hours of operation online. Change your hours! You will get there and there will even be an open sign on and they’ll be closed. Have had issues several times which tells me that it’s a staffing issue, which I can understand but not when I’ve been there on several occasions and they end up being closed. Tonight I doordashed a latte for a friend and it was nearby to her and it ended up being closed, and I didn’t know til 30 minutes later when my dasher went up there and they were closed. Not sure why my order would be confirmed if they’re closed, it’s just been a major inconvenience enough that I’ve felt I should just write a review. Change your hours online to reflect when you are actually open.

I love this location. The employees and manager are the top of the line. They are very professional and friendly. Get a toasted bagel and cinnamon tea, very yummy.

Supposed to be open at 6am.It's 8am an this isn't the first time I drove 20 mins out of the way to.find out they are not even open ?Ppl are good an I love this location but the inconvenience of not knowing if they are actually gonna be open is irritating
