I ordered a steak and chicken dinner. The steak was super well done and the chicken was just okay. They did not ask how I like my steak which should have been a tip off. My friend got the pork and said it was too salty to eat. Overall not good

Stood at the door way too long. Nobody said anything to me. I looked for a sign. For seating. Didn’t see one so I thought I should have sat down. So I did. 10 mins later I left without being acknowledged

Let me start by saying I had surgery to the abdomen this week and I got a couple of pretty good size ribs in my abdomen came down with what I thought was pneumonia. I went to urgent care across the street from the restaurant and upon diagnosis I did have pneumonia so I thought I’d grab some chicken noodle soup and go home and rest. That wasn’t a very good idea I called and ordered curbside pick up. I arrived and waited roughly 20 minutes. Nobody came out to the car so I called to find out if there was a problem and they said that I had to come in and pay for it. First I ask what the point of curbside service was and the girl said I don’t know I would assume she got dropped off for work because she didn’t sound like she could find her way to work in the morning. I found it to be very rude. I offered to give him my credit card number or I had cash already counted out with a five dollar tip for a nine dollar and 50 Cent bowl of soup. She said there was no way we could do business without me coming in first for that I can’t even give it a zero for a rating. It’s pretty tough when you’re down and out and sick on top of that and you get curbside pick up only to find out there’s no such thing. Very very poor business models in my opinion, but it was obvious she didn’t care.
I come to Bob Evan’s a few times a week, and it never disappoints. My breakfast is always delicious and cooked exactly to order. The coffee is fresh and tasty — the perfect start to the day.
I especially want to give a shout-out to Karen, who is truly an asset to the company. She’s friendly, attentive, and always makes my visits feel welcoming.

I usually come here once a month for breakfast and food and service is good. Today our family decided to come in for dinner. Food was good. Service wasn't so great, benefit of a doubt that it was a long day for waitress. We all have those. So I understand. However I placed a to go order to take home and the dessert Strawberry Supreme pie looks like it was scrapped off someone else's plate. Usually I'm pretty good about checking my to go order before I leave. But it was getting late and I didn't. 🤦♀️
