Took our daughter for birthday dinner, but they were out of 3 of the 4 entrees we wanted to order. When the manager came to tell us they were out of our birthday girl's Monte Cristo sandwich, I asked if she was going to comp some of the meals, and she offered a coupon for 2 entrees next time. Even when I told her there wouldn't be a next time, she refused even a discount. My husband ordered Chipotle pasta as his 2nd choice but was served chicken tenders and shrimp. He didn't even bother to mention it because problem resolution is not their forte. Our daughter's sandwich finally arrived as the 3 of us were almost finished eating. Good thing she had a free appetizer coupon or the bill would have been more than the outrageous $111 for the most medocre meal we've ever had. We won't be back.

Its awesome to have a place nearby that emphasizes fresh food. Their burgers are fantastic, their fries are crispy and seasoned. The salads are decent and the staff is wonderful. I think the cocktails on their menu are a bit on the weak side, but they still taste nice.

Shout out to Brian for the best service . He had such a great personality and so much patiences. He was on top of his job with refils and boxes . He went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed without asking. Thank you Brian ,I hope your new year to come is full of blessings . The food and service was wonderful but I won't go back. I couldn't hear my friend talking because the music was too stinking loud! Brought it up to server and she said it's a corporate decision. Those guys need to go eat there and see how unpleasant it is!
Food is great and service is fast. Sophia is a great host, and I always ask for Kayden A. when I dine in. She is regularly checking in and is very fast bringing anything I ask for. I will definitely be back, as long as Kayden is here.

To say we were disappointed is an understatement! Called 2 weeks ago and made sure they could accommodate a party of 15. Got the whole rundown on how call ahead works. And was told absolutely we can accommodate 15. Called ahead at 4 like we were told for a now party of 12 at 7:30. Here comes the fun part they sat us at 3 booths 2 back to back and one around the corner 🤔 go and talk with the hostess and explained my disappointment that we were there for a Christmas party for work and sitting back to back with another table down another aisle just was not going to work for us. She said it was because of the Lions game which I get but what is the point of a call ahead if you can not accommodate? Mind you we called ahead 3.5 hours early. I asked to speak to a manager to let them know how disappointed we were. She came I explained to her she made a loud sigh says Aww mmhmm with an eye roll. No exaggeration an EYEROLL what are we 13 here? I stopped her and said I could clearly tell she could careless and we would take our party elsewhere. Sad because I see such great reviews posted about Bubbas. They even come to the mall and pass out samples at our job to try to bring us in. Thanks for letting us all realize you can not always believe what you read online!
Order a burger and onion rings. Food gets to the table. The onion rings are way UNDER COOKED. Instead of crispy they are soft and soggy. I tell the manager and she says ok, no problem. They come back with another plate that looks like they cooked 2 mins longer. Still soft less soggy. This whole time my wife had left the tabe so I hadn't tried the hamburger. Soft and soggy must have been the theme that nite (Tues). I started picking at the almost raw burger. Very crumbley. All that and everytime it took 15 min for the sever per beer. This was on a slow Tuesday nite. PS. The server did come back to the table to ask if we wanted to purchase gift cards.

I did a take out pizza and wings, the pizza was cold didn’t appear to be freshly made the wings were cold and not seasoned very well. I have been here before and had a similar experience but decided to give it a second chance. Maybe I should eat in because carry out has not be a good experience.
