They mess up my food every time. They messed it up again today. You would thank as much as it cost for a family of 7 to eat there they would make sure the orders are right. Nope every time I order here they mess up something.my bill was $80 and my food was cold when I got home. Also had to wait for them to finish the order.

I tried to place an order on the APP but BWW's where having technical issues. I called and spoke with Sarah who admitted that she didn't have a clue on how to use the app. I then asked for the manager and she too admitted that she had no idea how to place an on line order. Finally, I spoke with Autumn and she was very rude and ultimately hung up on me because she was too impatient to help me place my order. I think it would be a good idea for BWW's to train their workers on the use of the app and the reward process.

I am honestly hard about things I purchased because the cost of everything is excessive. I got the 6 for $20 deal, I asked if all their sides were included? I was told yes, but when I picked my sides they said one wasn't included. The only sides you can get with that deal is potatoes. So I got 2 orders of wedges, they were mini wedges. The wedges were decent while hot, but everything else was a bit salty for my tastes. I don't eat alot of salt, I did find it weird that the hamburger was salty tho.

Whoever spoke to me on the phone was very rude. She hung up on me the first time then didn’t wait until I could finish saying goodbye before she slammed the phone down again. If you can’t handle that smaller location don’t work at any.

This was the rudest encounter I’ve ever had. They messed up my order completely and the manager was very snotty about resolving my issue. My food arrived cold and half of my items were missing.

Placed a pick-up at this location as I have been coming here the past couple months. Once home from picking the food up, I realized two wings flavors I didn’t order were on my wings. I called back up there because I’m not too far out and was just going to ask them to switch it out. Upon calling, the employee answered the phone and I explained what had happened. She then immediately hung up after my explanation. Weird, so I called back. The phone is answered to giggling on the other line and the employee laughing while acting like she couldn’t hear me. She then hung up on me again. Called up again because at this point Im irritated; it’s a $40 dollar lunch I didn’t end up eating. The employee answers again while giggling and laughing like she couldn’t hear me. As soon as I said they could hear me and I was just going to come up there to talk about it, the giggling stopped and the phone immediately went on hold. A different female voice answered the phone and said “we’re having phone issues” and hung up. Not wasting my time anymore at this location and reached out to get my money back from corporate since the restaurant doesn’t want to handle things correctly.

P.S. I’m in the service industry and don’t even like to complain like this, but honestly it pissed me off and I had time today.
