Tried ordering on kiosk in lobby, which directed us to "contact cashier". 4 employees were standing by sandwich station. I said "excuse me", and they looked at me like I was stupid. I retried the kiosk, which finally worked. Service was slow as hell, food was cold, horribly made. Contacted "customer service", they were completely useless. Spend your money elsewhere.
What an improvement in 2022 Great service, friendly, efficient, hot food must be good employees and manager, because melvindale Burger King should close its horrendous!
the taylor location on ecorse religiously mess up my order today three times going through the window until they made the right amount of sandwiches but then didn't get my double meat on one all food was cold even as I asked them to their faces to make it fresh ABSOLUTELY 💯 DISSATISFIED
