I talked to Aiden/Andrew (not sure exactly the name, but something very similar starting with an 'a')... a manager at a site in Taylor Michigan on ecorse rd.. he was very sweet very informative on the impossible burger cooking procedures... I'm a manager at a McDonald's on joy rd and Merriman and I was very happy with the information he gave me. I cannot have animal products due to allergies and he was very kind even though they were obviously busy. He told me exactly how to ask for my food and was obviously in his rush. I called another store thinking it was the corporate number to give a good review of him and they were also kind, unfortunately asking what was wrong which I understand and a retail and food employee and manager. I just hope he gets the recognition he deserves in that fast paced very emotional and difficult work environment. Thank you all for being so kind I wish more workers were like you and I wish more employees and customers were able to recognize the ability to take calls and stupid questions and recognize your ability to stay so calm and polite

1st car in line? Wait for over 10 minutes. 3 cars in the other lane taken care of. Sad they call this fast food.

70 plus husband and wife. Drive through order taken on Sunday by Manager. We simply requested onion on our breakfast sandwich. He was rude and condescending and refused. I told him we go all throughout the week for breakfast and never had a issue. I said they are already sliced. He said yes, but not for breakfast. They are for lunch only. I thought he was kidding. We told him to cancel the order and we would not be coming back. He said he didn't care. I asked who his manager was...and he said he was the manager and no one else would care either. I told him I was reporting it. He said...your going to make a big stink over this? I said...yes I am. He began the big stink, by not just putting two slivers of onion on a sandwich. Young manager...no respect or friendliness. Dry, flat effect and zero managerial skills. He said his name was Nathan and said he's only there on Sunday. That's why I never saw him before. Sad...one day can ruin repeat business for an entire store. The older gentleman that usually takes our orders Mon-Friday is fantastic and friendly. Never any issues.

Tried ordering on kiosk in lobby, which directed us to "contact cashier". 4 employees were standing by sandwich station. I said "excuse me", and they looked at me like I was stupid. I retried the kiosk, which finally worked. Service was slow as hell, food was cold, horribly made. Contacted "customer service", they were completely useless. Spend your money elsewhere.

The absolute worst Burger King on the planet!! Whether you go in or drive through you may consider bringing something to occupy your time like...doing your taxes or learn to play an instrument. But as bad as it is McDonald's is worse! Also it 'd probably help a little if both places put directions up on 'How to use the Drive thru.' A lot of people just don't know how!! They go to order & need to have everything on the menu explained to them!! HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT??? It's the home of the Whopper for gods sake!!!
