Super friendly staff. The performance of the staff has improved over the past 6 months. They more than likely will ask you to pull to the front to wait on your food. However now it's not a guarantee every time as it was before. I would say now about only 50% of the time I'm asked to pull to the front to wait and the other 50 I actually get it at the window. Either way they've never messed up my order and the food and staff is indeed very pleasant

THE PEOPLE THERE WILL KNOW EXACTLY WHO I AM WHEN THEY READ THIS. USED TO COME EAT DAILY FOR A WHILE AND DINE IN WITH NO ISSUES WITH MY ORDER, BUT NEVER AGAIN. BROUGHT UP ISSUE WITH A WHOPPER I HAD ORDERED THAT THE BREAD WAS OLD AND WAS FALLING APART AS SOON AS I UNFOLDED THE WRAPPER I HAVENT EVEN GRABBED IT YET SO I RETURN IT AND THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE WITH THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM DIFFERENT OLD BUN SAME PATTY. AND WHEN I CAME BACK WITH IT I WAS CONFRONTED WITH ATTITUDE FROM THE MANAGER AND NOT THE STAFF THE STAFF WAS AMAZING AND VERY POLITE. THE MANAGER ON THE OTHER HAND BASICALLY YELLED AT ME " WHAT DO YOU WANT!?" I TOLD HIM I WAS HUNGRY AND WANTED THE FOOD THAT I ORDERED BUT FRESH AND I DIDNT CARE ABOUT THE MONEY I JUST WANTED TO EAT. HE SNATCHED THE BAG AND RAN TO THE BACK. I TOLD THE NICE LADIES AT THE DEIVE THRU, THAT ITS OK I DONT WANT IT OR A REFUND AND LEFT TO GO GET MCDONALD'S. NEVER WILL I OR ANYONE I KNOW EVER GO HERE AGAIN, THIS PLACE IS OBVIOUSLY BETTER OFF WITHOUT LOYAL CUSTOMERS OR ANY CUSTOMERS FOR THAT MATTER. Went there to give me something to eat after work literally everything they gave me was cold. The fries was cold and old. The mozzarella sticks were cold. Only thing that was done was the burger, how disappointment and definitely dissatisfied.

This location is a joke. Can never get orders right, horrible customer service. The guy manager in their with the gold teeth gave me several fake name after i asked for his name, the female manager with the dark hair didnât care about anything i was talking about. Every customer that orders must pull to the front of the window so they look like they are pushing orders out although you may wait up to 20 minutes for your food. Save your time and money, go to a different location. This one will be shut down eventually.

I've given this place more then enough chances and every time the food is awful and keeps getting worse! I went through the drive through there was nobody in the drive through nor anybody inside and still waited until somebody spoke to me through the drive through at least eight minutes
