First going there at night it looks closed! I went through the drive-thru and told the lady that she needs to turn the lights on outside & she didn't acknowledge me. Just blew me off. It was early evening too. I had to drive around it just to see if anyone is in there. Great idea so you don't have to be bothered to work much while you're getting paid. As for the lights you better hope nothing happens to anyone because you were too lazy to turn the lights on.

I rarely get Burger King but last time I went, I left pretty happy. The lady that was handing me my food, believe her name was Tianna was so nice and personable. Definitely would be visiting again soon.

Tianna is one of the best people you have. She took my order, pulled me forward, and everything was made fresh! I came into the lobby to wait while my food was being prepared and it was really clean and spotless.

Young tall brother rang me up today I HAD ordered a #1 w cheese and an extra onion rings…. Nobody else in the restaurant at the time he was the only one in the front, not sure if he was a manager or not but he messed up. I never got my receipt or the extra onion rings I PAID for.. he was so busy talking on his phone (by the way so unprofessional) he wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing. I don’t mind the phone thing just make sure you get the order right. I wasn’t even mad cuz I guess I wasn’t meant to have the second order of onion rings….just do better next time.

This is the worst burger king ever in the entire city. I wish I could have gave them no stars. Common sense should have been part of a curriculum in school. You go there, you order a burger, you might get chicken, you order onion rings, you might get fries, you order a coke, they might give you a sprite, and then will turn around and get pissed off, if you correct them about it. Just a damn shame.

The food is junk food so it's not very healthy. The owner and some of the workers are rude. The owner is homeless-phobic I don't bother anyone and only charged my phone. But he banned me for being homeless. Maybe he should become homeless so he can see just how hard it is. And how hed get treated.

The woman at window was rude. The fries were cold, ice cream was down and apparently a quarter of the items on the menu weren't available.
Shocking this place has a 2 stars! I'm surprise they are still open as long as they have been because as I have tried to give them chances, it never fails that the services is so slow with no one inside or in line and the employees are so RUDE! Gave them another try today and took at least 2 minutes for someone just to come on the speaker to tell me to please wait.i said ok. Another time coming there and nobody inside. I'm the only one in the line. Finally another employee does come on the speaker to take my order. The guy has a bad attitude and when I tell him what I want. They rudely ask what size and I said, you know what I'm good and I drive off. Im not giving this place my money the food probably will hurt my stomach anyway. I will never tried to give them my money again there is a reason McDonald's is always busy next door and they have no one in there parking lot or line . Just go ahead and shut this location down ...
