I work closer to a b. King and I prefer to take the drive. Every time I go to this location, my food is fresh. And it doesn't matter if your the only one in drive thru or there busy.. I will be a returning customer.

I got a chicken sandwich haven't had one in a long time the original and it was very tasty had onion rings had to take them back because I asked him to cook the well done when I said well done I mean well done not burnt and they were good after they redid them

Im really not sure how to feel about them? Like I love the food, the food is great.. but when it comes to the morning shift, there's something about it that ticks me off!
On the door, it says that it's open from 6AM to 11PM, but for some reason, the doors aren't open most of the time in the morning at 7AM. I'm a student and try to get food before school starts, which it open only sometimes so I'm stuck with usually cold breakfast on a cold day.. so I really don't know. Maybe the lobby isn't open at 7 even though it says it should be? I'd love to use the drive through but of course, I don't have a car.

The worst I've ever experienced! If there was an option ZERO stars... Ordered Maple BBQ whopper, Mexican Street corn whopper meal, Whopper meal, and a Your Way meal. Handed us 3 drinks without offering a cup holder. The BBQ and Mexican whoppers were flatter than a normal sized whopper and tasteless. Fries were cold. I'm appalled that I spent $36 on this garbage and was only given 2 napkins?!? 3 meals + 1 sandwich and only 2 napkins? From now on, when any place asks if I want a receipt, I'm going to be sure to grab one just in case something like this happens. I tried calling to complain but nobody answered the phone. I would have brought this food back immediately, but my wife had already left to go back to work. It's hard dealing with the cost of living as it is without having to waste money on such terrible food. Have it Your Way at BK? I just want it to be warm and edible. In short, the sodas were the only items that had no complaints. The only way I'd go back to this place is if they gave me my money back.

They turned off the lights so no one could see it from telegraph. I drove past it twice until I used my GPS. It was only a little after 7p. I asked were they aware of the lights being off and they said "we're sorry we'll turn them back on." Then they didn't have bacon for the maple bourbon burger I tried to order. They clearly didn't want customers and I didn't trust them to prepare my food so I left & went to Dairy Queen.

Everytime I go here it's horrible... Absolutely horrible service, customer service, cold food. I literally just left the drive through after waiting over 5 mins in line... It never moved and we made a big order.. Yet the same cars were still in line. They had to check if they even had everything we wanted. Just poor service.... Again!!! I'm done going there!!!

Is the staff all on some sort of sedatives or something? Empty store, been waiting a crazy long time, no one in drive through and one employee doing one thing at a time as slowly as possible. I wish I had gone to a diner, we would've waited less time for better quality.
Guy is so clueless gave us doubles of juice and pie so I guess it balances out?
Ordered bacon double cheeseburger and got half way home what a surprise no bacon staff seemed uninterested in being quick and all I did was see them standing around talking while I waited 7 min at drivethru with nobody behind or in front of me

A friend and I took my Jeep Compass and we went to the Burger King by my house. I didn't feel like making a pizza she wanted to do cuz it'd be 400° in my home so we decided to journey to Burger King and everything was great. I love their four for five deal. You get one of three sandwiches Junior sandwiches. I'm sorry and I fry nuggets and two of the itty bittiest pops you've ever seen ? What I didn't like was a gentleman asked us to pull up. There was nobody in front of us. We went right to the window. She ordered a Junior Whopper combo as did I the four for five deal. The gentleman asked us to pull up. We pulled up it took 11 minutes to bring us out our food and we had one napkin missing a half of a french fry and they're not big fries and one nugget. One out of four so we got three nuggets out of one so the food was great But the service as always is something to be left desired. I'll go back cuz I like Burger King. I don't pull in there unless I have at least a half hour. Which kind of doesn't make sense called a fast food restaurant does it?

I ordered online, said I was there 5 minutes early cause it says they'll don't start making it till you say that. Had to go to work. I still waited 20 minutes after arriving for my mobile order. Isn't that the point of a mobile order. Then they forgot a whole sandwich and gave me no sauces with nuggets because everyone loves dry nuggets I guess. I don't come to this location for a reason, today was because I had to work and their closer but I learned from my mistake. Was late by 10 minutes so thanks.
