There are three Burger King's that I go to; 1st on Hall Road in Macomb County and the 2nd on Telegraph in Taylor. They tasted freshly made, just the way I like them. Oh also there is a 3rd on Telegraph in Bingham Farms. Those three I go to on a regular!!

Flew in DTW airport with my family the other day. Stopped at the first place we could find to grab a quick bite before heading home. The team leader took our order and was awsome. The whole staff if young men were kind and helpful. Great job guys, people notice.....

I received this as my introduction to the Maple BBQ Whopper. Needless to say, it was disappointing. The bacon was completely burnt—tar black—and the experience only got worse from there. The associate didn’t provide a receipt, which means I can’t even complete the survey online or verify the visit through the usual channels.
Sharing this here because I wasn’t given any other way to provide feedback. I hope the location takes a look at its quality control and customer service so others don’t have the same experience.

This is a clean Burger King with clean restrooms and kind, efficient staff. The food is good and hot, the drinks are there. No hassles. Recommended.
I walked in the store and nobody greeted me so I said “hi, how are you” and the lady gave me a blank stare and turned back around. So I had to ask her to be polite and greet me. So unprofessional
