I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this has happened MULTIPE times I walked out today because the attitudes there are so rude all I did was be kind and I got the employees rolling there eyes and giving me attitude to take my order so disappointed.

I made an online order when we arrived we still had to wait to the side then we asked the guy to wait to make sure everything was there and he just walked away so I checked bags and saw everything was there except for the ketchup and dipping sauce we asked for so we said forget it and left to drive the 45 min home as i called the store which was pointless then my husband asked for his drink that's when we realized he never got his drink so I called again and got disconnected called back was accused of hanging up and he just kept making excuses saying they only had 2 people ok fine but that still doesnt explain why the 2 of them were so rude towards us and he got snotty and said well what do u want me to do about it, you dont even live close, I was so angry I said forget it then hung up and when I hung up we realized we also didn't get the 2 sundaes we were suppose to get and on top of that the burgers were burnt just like the last time we were there. I would have given them my address to mail a gift card to replace the 3 things but I knew there was no point because he would not have sent it anyways with his attitude. Will never go there again. They will b losing all my money cause we always spent close to 50 bucks every other week when we went.

I had ordered on the the thing inside i made sure I had hit no onions on my burger and I did pay with cash I feel like it had got changed from no onions to lit onions when I cant have onions and it could of put me in harms way and my unborn child in harms way and the manger needs to fix her attitude I didnt appreciate at that even after I told her

Whatever gentleman is working the drive through tonight on 8/6/25 around 10pm is literally phenomenal! So professional and kind!!
Can’t really rate the food since I don’t eat Burger King, but came here late to pick up a DoorDash and had my toddler with me who’s been potty training. At the speaker I asked if they would unlock the door so she could use the bathroom and the manager let us in . Was extremely nice and didn’t make it seem like it was an inconvenience. Really appreciated him!

Worst Burger King location in southeast Michigan by far, every time I pull up at this place I end up pulling off with how long it takes. You’ll sit there 20 minutes before you can even order even with one car ahead of you. I don’t know what’s going on in this location but don’t waste your time go to the one on Ecorse or North line

I had an issue with the mobile app and the staff were very helpful and, professionally and efficient! They were very friendly and courteous. They helped resolve the issue with my mobile app and got my order very quickly. Everything was hot and fresh!! I will be returning very soon.
