Came in today food was old and had been sitting out for a while ,My son nuggets was very rubbery to the point he couldn’t eat them , the fries also had been sitting out, no gloves was used to make my burger I was just overall disgusted .. The lady Behind the counter made the the guy that work there fresh nuggets but serving unappetizing food to Customers which doesn’t make sense .. For people who spends there errand money should have well served food ..

The managers are so rude, my husband and I came in to eat-and before we could order we were greeted by the female manager with, "y'all can't charge your phones in here no more". Which a.made no sense since I had never done that and b. Was ridiculous because clearly there is a lounge section with two couches and a table next to an outlet that was obviously designed for just that purpose. My husband and I do plumbing and may have looked like we didn't have money but truth be told we had quite a bit- not a good look to judge anyone much less paying customers. That wasn't the first encounter with a manager that was rude either, the time before that a gentleman in front of me in line informed the worker that they had messed up his order, the kid at the counter was kind enough, as was the customer but the male manager behind him was rude and nasty insisting on seeing the receipt and acting as if the customer was in the wrong, so much so that the customer was obviously uncomfortable and turned to me and said "im not mad or anything, i mean mistakes happen." Real nice to make the people that pay for your paycheck feel unwelcome. 0/0 for service. The food was fine tho if u like to get treated like a pariah. But honestly the young African American kid or the white kid that work there who are like maybe 17 to 20 are such sweethearts, either should be the manager imo- hopefully u get to deal with them if u go there. Bk- just because someone is in theyre 50s ,(and mad at the world for somr reason)doesnt make them management material just saying. It's crazy to me that anyone but the managers there seem like they should be. Smh.

Two employees steady took care of drive thru 15 min later got my food meanwhile two managers I believe sat in back never assisted there staff no napkins employees pants saggin , Cook who was nice was trying to handle personal Business two people trying to serve only to get a cold sandwich slap together!!

They are supposed to be open for another hour + yet they don't have half of the menu. They told us we can only sit on a certain side of the dine in area then a guy half dressed in pajamas came out and wiped some of the tables down with a dry blue shop towel. Just a mess all they way around.

Young lady at the counter with the over glued huge eyelashes never washes her hands and has horrible customer service. Lets me also mention she’s serving food and working in a public place with a bottom end of a body suit that normally attaches like underwear. Hanging out the back and front of her clothes. So basically her underwear are swinging all over the kitchen. Didn’t wash her hand after register transaction and playing on her phone. I have never seen such a gross display in place of business. Especially food!!

Went into the store today to get a whopper meal that I was owed due. My name was put on a list and I was told that I could just come in and let them know my name was in the book. The person pictured said my name wasn't in the book and that they only kept names in there for 2 weeks. I asked to speak to the manager, which she stated she was. She was very aggressive and rude! Won't be going back there!
