YOUR FOOD ORDER MAY GET STOLEN IF IT IS DONE THROUGH A DELIVERY APP! Two times in a row, we ordered through a couple of the popular food delivery apps, and my order was stolen both times! I did get a refund through the food apps, and the restaurant was understanding, but still... I think they need to watch the orders more or put them out of reach of people coming in and just taking them. These were 20 piece chicken and 30 piece chicken family meal deals. That is just terrible, so now the only way I will go to this restaurant again is on a pickup myself, and I really don't want to do that cuz they are too busy.

Definitely a rare/honest place in the middle of the Plaza. My lost some very important things during our visit at this location. They staff kept our items safe until the next day...thank you for your morals/standard. Amazing vibes. Great place to visit

Makes you wait forever...smells weird...rude

The food is good the service is bad, I orderd on line to pick up in the resturent and I did I came home it's missing some stuff I called to get a, refind on the missing item they won't do it they said come back and we give you the item, first the place by my work not driving 20 minutes back, they messed my dinner up and this is the first time going there not anymore.

Called in to make a walk-in pickup when I got to the store no one knew what I was talking about I placed my order on the phone waited an hour no one asked me or told me my food was ready or not they start making it once I get up and ask what was the problem with customer service here is terrible I did not have the time but I would have wanted to speak to their manager didn't even look like no one knew how to run the place they look like there was no manager on staff and needs a turnaround fast because that place is going down service sucked. I will never order here again the place was nasty and there was bugs flying all around if they are not careful they will get sued for something dealing with the food.

Ordered wings well done and got half cooked wings and when I called to complain about my order they said nothing they can do about it. Omg really! Smh!

Maybe I'm still pissed of, but this was just bad customerservice. I waited in line for 20 minutes for food. When I got my food I realized he didn't didn't take my order correctly. Drove back to let him know, no apology. Ordered more fries and okra. He was told it was out. I then waited another 30 minutes. When I asked how much longer he THEN let me know there was no more okra and asked me what else I wanted, can't have a refund. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager was so unbothered.

Couldn't tell ya on anything about he food .... never actually had in my hands ..... 10mins in line and never even were able to pay. Worker was not even understood nor took my money.

Drive thru Experience was great. Lauren who waited on me was a delightful lady. So kind and thoughtful. So helpful and filled my order correctly. Very accommodating. I met the manager Hosea, very professional and also Accomadating. The restaurant was very clean and neat. Thank you both!!

First timer. Seriously good chicken. Packed with flavor and not greasy! It is Very good. We will be coming back and we will recommend to our family and friends.

They don’t give you BBQ sauce with your Tenders, and yes that bothered me because who eat tenders with no sauce.

Captain Jay's is, in my opinion, a great chicken and fish restaurant. I've always had a great experience. The food is flavorful and freshly cooked. Every person I've encountered that take the order is always pleasant and polite. This comment is for this particular restaurant on Telegraph, Rd. in Taylor, Mi.
