I call two days prior to ask when should I put a order of 150 wings in for.. They tell me same day is fine... Im the first customer of the day 10:25, they open at 10:30am... I come in, pay $225 and tell them 3:30pm pick-up.. 2pm they call me and tell me my order is ready 🤨😑.. I remind them 3:30pm is pick up... I get there to pick up the food for a 4pm surprise party 10mins away... It not ready... 3:52 my order finally shows up... The food was hot and good so ill give 2 stars but if you looking for a timely pick-up... Do a hour pick up before you should be there..
Today was the first time coming to Captain Jay’s. Because I don’t live in the area, I was very apprehensive. However, Joseph greeted Mr with a smile, he was very courteous and friendly. He acknowledged and answered all of my questions .I appreciated the few extra minutes, because the food was cooked to order. My highest respect to this wonderful man. Because of him, I will be a frequent customer of Captain Jay’s
Whole wings good Cod fish sandwich TRASH GARBAGE etc
The staff moves incredibly slow and food is not crisp at all , menus do not reflect actually price

My food was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes before the girl put her phone down and gave me my food.

Very slow rude & unprofessional..not even busy & I left after waiting 20 + minutes and watching the girl in the front eating and swearing about her job she obviously wasn't even doing
Food good but too many young people working there now. Something always missing out of my order. They aren't professional at all. I wouldn't go anymore
The fish was really bad, mushy fries no come slaw
I ordered 10 LARGE shrimp these are the regular medium shrimp you buy in a bag from anywhere
They have the nerve to fry these tiny shrimp that curl up to nothing and are extremely hard
