Chipotle serves good food but the wait and lines are growing. Would more staff during peak hours improve the customer experience? Or do so many people love Chipotle that lines will become normal?

I had a pretty good experience at Chipotle overall. The food was fresh, flavorful, and just what I expected. They really do a great job with the quality of ingredients, and my bowl was delicious. The service, however, was just okay. It felt a bit rushed, and the staff didn’t seem overly friendly or engaged. That said, I’ll definitely be back for the food—it’s consistently good, and I appreciate the quick, healthy options Chipotle offers.

We have visited a few times and the staff and atmosphere is great. Staff are nice and friendly. The place has always been clean and neat. But I wish the portions are more but the taste have been consistent and good.
