Just left here with what was said to be one of the last 2 Cinnabons being served.. with 30 mins left being opened… horrible lazy service.. I prefer a fresh Cinnabon when I come make a purchase..
I wish I could give this place zero stars.The staff were extremely rude. Not only did they short me half my order and refused to rectify it, they openly mocked and insulted myself and other customers in line. The worst part is the manager was standing there and encouraged this behavior. Very unprofessional.

Wish I had gotten a photo of the cinnamon roll but it was as if they baked it without the filling, and then realized at the end and tried to lay it on top and hope for the best. It was horrible and the kids that work there cannot be bothered to have you even in their presence. Much rather have ice cream that was there!

The worst place to order from, the workers don’t work they be in the back all day making tik toks, the manager don’t work she makes tik toks with her workers in the back and the manager lets workers bring their kids into work with them and let’s them work too and the kids are underage, the Cinnabons aren’t fully cooked they’re undercooked and still raw and doughy, the manager Estasia I think her name is has the worst attitude. They need to send corporate in their undercover one day and catch them all in the act red handed, the kitchen is dirty don’t nobody sweep or mop there, they let it overflow with bubbles one day for a tik tok prank. They need a whole new management and team there to be ran properly because that manager don’t know what she’s doing at all.
