Very unprofessional. I’m waiting outside for my food for FOREVER so I decide to go in. Home girl that’s supposed to bring it outside is leaning over my food and the counter flirting with the COOK. NEVER once acknowledged me. Terrible and I won’t be back. Very shitty customer service.

It's hard to go wrong with Culver's. Any Culvers with less than three stars is truly concerning. I feel like the staff at a Culver's would have to go out of their way to try and make your experience a bad one in order for it to be a negative one.
It's almost unfair that the people who run these Culver stores are set up for such success with the food that they are supplied with. It's a guaranteed A+. Going into work for these people must be like going into taking exam with all the answers provided for you. You know you're going to pass.
It was steadily busy and the staff here was efficient and they were nice. Everything was well stocked and the orders were being pushed out in a reasonable time.
No complaints here. Your average Culver's, which is to say, so good as to be not average.

Fearless Leader
I used the drive thru tonight here & it was kinda busy when I got in line. When I paid & received my number sticker there were no parking spots on their little curb space for the drive thru pickups. I waited at least forty minutes before I finally walked in the store to claim my food & when I turned to walk out one of the kids behind the counter actually started laughing at me. I will never spend money at this establishment ever again.

I ordered curbside and as one employee checked me in, before he could even turn around, another was behind him ready to hand me my food, it was impressive. Order was accurate which no one else gets right and absolutely delicious!
