The drive thru line was long… which was probably because of the Taylor Griffins football game so we went inside our order was taking soon as we walked in They weren’t serving no chocolate that day 😫 When we left out there was no line in drive thru they are fast and efficient

I went to get a large vanilla ice cream cone with sprinkles and when I was given my ice cream, I asked the cashier if it was a large and she said yes. Well, my ice cream look like a small cone because the ice cream didn’t meet the edges around the cone and for $5, my ice cream should have been bigger. I’m so disappointed with my service today because I usually get a nice size cone. DQ needs to do better because I could have went to Baskin and Robbin’s and got a nice size cone.

I came in with my friend and ordered a royal cheesecake blizzard and he had a swirl cone. It was really quiet inside not too much fuss, it’s quite clean. Made our late night ice cream run great. The young lady that helped us was very friendly ☺️

Spotless and the food is so fresh that it was too hot to eat immediately. Customer service was fantastic.
Ordered online, waited 20 mins after order was supposed to be ready until I flagged down manager who told me I was should get the staffs attention as they were busy despite me noticeably still waiting after all walk in and drive through customers were serviced during the rush. Advice : don't order ahead, just walk in or drive through to get your order faster even though its supposed be the other way around with ordering ahead on line through app.

Love the food here.! However, handing out the ice cream and then pulling someone up to wait for the food is silly. It’s 85 degrees outside and I’m not eating my ice cream before my food. I’ve brought this to attention a few times. So I’ll just leave it here now.
