Pleasantly surprised. 5 stars is based on Fast Food comparisons, not 5 star dining.Had a taste for chicken tenders and it was free cone day, so their campaign worked. The free cone lured me in to order a Chicken Strip basket.Selected the BBQ tossed 6 pc combo. Plenty of food for the price. Good value by 2024 standards.French fries was excellent. Really surprised me. The garlic toast is a nice touch.The free cone was sizeable for free. But DQ ice cream is still lack luster to me. Just doesn't seem like it was years ago.Staff was friendly and quick. I'll be back.
Store associate got an attitude when I asked for a tray for my cones… I was the only person in the car. All my cones fell in the car on the floor. She didn’t give me any change

I went through the drive-through.Excellent customer service. Everyone was very friendly. Every time I went.They blizzard are delicious the (Oreo) one !! Go you there for their ice cream. You won’t be disappointed ????

I love the food and the service is always top notch. The problem is every time I go through the drive through they have me pull forward, no matter my order. There is not enough space to pull up safely with all the cars always parked in the no parking area. I sit there on edge the whole time waiting for another car in the drive through to hit my car.
The supposedly medium cup of ice cream was extremely small. I ordered a Oreo blizzard. There was barely any Oreo in it. It was basically a small cup of vanilla ice cream that I paid almost 7 dollars more charge you more and give you less.

2/6/24I've enjoyed this particular Dairy Queen location many times and today I realized that I've been remis in my diligence to write a review, so I will make up for that right now. I entered the store and was promptly greeted by Rhonda G. who took my order and then, when it was ready, brought it to my table. She checked on me during my meal to see if everything was good and/or if I was in need of anything else. On this occasion, as I was finishing my meal and my Blizzard treat, a gentleman dressed in "Michigan" garments (Go Blue), just as I was also wearing, approached and asked me how everything was. I explained that everything was good but that everything is always good here. After a few minutes of casual talk about this (and other) DQ's that I have frequented, the gentleman identified himself as Sam the store owner. I told him that I always get good service there and that some of the staff actually make me feel like family. I then gave an example of Rhonda and the gentleman who took care of me the previous day. Come to find out, that gentleman is Sam's brother who is a co-owner of the store. So if you want to enjoy some delicious food and treats, stop in at this location and join the DQ "Family" also.Rick ZornParking: Plenty of perimeter parking ?️ is available.Kid-friendliness: It's the Dairy Queen, it's ALL about the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: They are Handicap accessible.
