There is one particular employee with red hair who actually makes the food good. Every other employee will sell you a sloppy mess, food is cold like 70% of the time. Came here yesterday morning. The red haired employee made me a chipotle chicken roller. It was hot, cheese melted and the tortilla was hot. I came back later that night and got 2 more because it was good. This time it was ice cold. Literally the same temperature as an icecream sandwich. I asked if they could throw it in the microwave and she said they don’t have one, she begrudgingly offers to make it again, she spends the entire time they’re preparing the food ranting about how stupid my complaint was and the chef was getting upset and they were all just trash talking me as I’m sitting in the drive thru. A young man comes out and gives me my food, instead of just handing it to me he wants to argue and say that the only thing that comes hot on it is the chicken, the chicken was literally ice cold and I’ve been here so many times where the cheese is melted, the tortilla is warm so I know that’s not even true (they literally advertise having warm tortillas in their commercials???) and even if it was why are you trying to drag it and instigate just give me my food. The food they remade was equally as cold they didn’t do anything different they just made it exactly as it was and handed it to me again only that this time they put so much cheese on my food that you could tell they were just playing in my food and made it bad on purpose. The cheese of course wasn’t melted so it was even colder and they just did it to be petty. I don’t understand how a place will sell you food that they know is cold and then try to fight with you when you obviously don’t want to pay for it. Nobody on earth buys fast food expecting it to be cold. Ended up being late to an event because i had to run back home and microwave the food.

Where to start? 1st time at DelTaco. Had to order on kiosk with no one to answer questions. I finally took a chance and ordered the $7 box with an add on of “go salsa” figuring it didn’t come with if I had to add it. I never found where or what the “go salsa” was! The mini quesadilla was a tiny wrap with what tasted like nondescript cheese with no other flavor. Something I would feed to a toddler. The bean and beef burrito only tasted of beans, the fillings for the chicken taco were bland and almost non existent. Repeat customer- VERY unlikely!

It was our first time at Del Taco. The food was good and we especially enjoyed the Del Taco. The flavor was great and the size and amount of toppings was a pleasant surprise. Atmosphere was good, clean and relaxing. Employee Jay was working the register. His customer service was the highlight of our visit. We have been visiting Taylor for 2 weeks and have eaten out numerous times. He was the first employee who made us feel welcome and sincerely wanted us to enjoy our experience. Thank you Jay!! Much luck to you in your future. Your attitude will take you far.

I was enjoying a a beef quesadilla along with some nachos washing it down with a Sprite I started choking and I thought I was going to die the manager VERSHANA approached me and saved my life this is the best Del taco 🌮 I've ever been to I owe her my life.

V or shawndra tonight was amazing customer service. She was kind, gave me great recommendations, and had a wonderful energy despite it being late at night. Never write reviews but I hope she gets recognition. There was another woman at the window too, but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Both great customer service. All fresh food!
