If I could give no stars I absolutely would.This was my first and last time trying this place. I’m digested. Let’s start with my food not being fresh at all and super cold. I tried tasting the taco and fries which was a bad idea due to the appearance but I proceeded to try it out and I regret it. This food made me feel sick to my stomach, nauseous I had to keep myself from vomiting. This is dog food nasty dog food. Please save your money

Not really a me thing just what I experienced. Yes the lengthy wait is a bit annoying for the food but it is good. Someone came from the drive thru and complained it was over 30 mins and their response was: 1 it’s freshly made food.( everything is set up already to serve in containers) and 2 it’s a dinner rush. (There were 2 people inside and 2 in the drive thru). The proper response would have been we have new hires which they did. Idk I got a good laugh about it

they didnt specify the current state of their refrigeration system. they instead decided to opt for the rude solution of insulting my cautious questions before spending my inflated money that is well earned and hard to get. as an employee who makes minimum wage, id like to know the status of the place i go and the freshness of their produce. dont ever go to this del taco unless you want the salmonella they are trying to charge into your stomach and the poor customer service they provide.

I don’t know if she was the manager manager or not there’s a black female cook on February 24, 2024 at approximately 250 pm I asked for receipt the rude wrker gonna say what she asked for receipt for so she could lLIE say something was wrong, the nerve of these so-called workers nasty rude ugly attitudes

If I could give a zero star review, I absolutely would. I ordered online from this location almost ONE month ago. I waited 20 minutes in my car as they told me to pull up, after waiting I walked inside to see what was happening. The staff proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait another 30 minutes for taco meat. No one was going to come out to my car and tell me that, they just let me wait. I advised them that I could not wait that long, I had an appointment to get to. They told me to cancel my order through the app. I tried to cancel the order, but they had already processed my order when i pulled up to the window and they had me pull forward. My boyfriend and I have been in contact with one of the managers named Chris, for WEEKS he has been telling me he is trying to get my THIRTY DOLLAR order refunded. This is absolutely insane and unprofessional behavior. Any other establishment would rightfully refund me my money considering I left with NOTHING that i paid for. Not a single item. Since i've had no luck with the manager and staff, just constant running me around in circles saying "I'm trying to get you refunded" for weeks now, I figured I'd leave a review and see if this reaches someone who can actually give me my money back. That would be AWESOME :)

We LOVE Del Taco. Infact, we are originally from California and had Del Taco at our finger tips. Now that we live in Battle Creek, MI we crave it. SO, tomorrow, we are taking a drive to Taylor, MI for lunch. Can't wait!!!!

Good place to eat and good food but this location needs to have a breakfast menu like Dearborn and Lincoln park ( Southfield rd ).. so hopefully soon you can add it to the menu and have it open up earlier b c your epic scrambler burritos are great...

Honestly, this store has the nicest staff that I and my husband have dealt with.. we even thought something was wrong on the receipt but ended up my husband misreading it lol but the way they handled it and explained it left us in shock.. they seemed like they were having a good time while working (not horsing around but enjoying their night) they were very nice, informative since my husband had never had this place before . All around great environment, great customer service, great food and great people. Oh and the order was correct.
This location takes FOREVER every time I go. I went last time and I’m the only car there nobody inside of the dinner and it took them 10 minutes to give me two hard tacos. It’s insane how this place is even open
