Placed a mobile order. Arrived to pick it up and was told they are sold out of the product. I asked for a refund and was told no, I can get something else. I said no thank you, that’s what I came here for I will just take a refund.
Was then told they will not refund you if you place a mobile order. I asked if there was a number I can call They said no but I can just get something else
I said no, how do I get my money back
“I don’t know, you can just get something else”
So I was forced to leave with no money and no product
Now have to file a dispute with my bank because the email on the app never responded (it’s been multiple days) and I tried to call the number on the app and it just says that they’re not available … every day…. Every time I call

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and I have tried several times since they are closest to work. I miss the Allen park location on Southfield. They were the absolute best…this one…the worst. I order on line and no matter how NOT busy they are, my order is never ready. My donuts are always hard. The only thing ok is the coffee. This place is dirty, donuts are stale, burn my English muffin.Its crazy. Definitely not ordering anything but coffee from here from now on.

This is one of my favorite locations! Not all Dublin and Baskin locations are good ones!! This one is one of the good ones! Staff is friendly, quick and good at making drinks the correct way! My favorite is the Cappuccino Blast Carmel and this location makes it well and DOSE NOT OVER CHARGE!! Some locations will literally make up prices for toppings or candy that you ask for an extra! Keep up the good work yall!!

If I could give this zero stars I would but it’s not allowed. It is extremely dirty, and I needed to use the restroom after ordering to discover that there was a roach crawling around in the sink. The employees refuse to give me a refund they were quite rude under the Circumstances. If there are roaches in the bathroom, I can only imagine what the kitchen area looks like since roaches like food. So I’ve wasted about $15 and just have to throw it away cause I can’t bring myself to eat the food that I just purchased.
I actually like this location, what I don’t like is that I placed an online order, get to the store and they say they didn’t get it yet I showed them it was the correct address and it took my money and the lady still wanted me to repay for my order instead of just making what I purchased.
