The food at this place is pretty good the atmosphere is not the music is so loud even during lunch time that you cannot hear the person sitting next to you it was so loud that it made us leave early

I ordered a double cheeseburger and only got a single. I also was not given my change. Not to mention this was a takeout order that I waited 10 minutes after my food arrived just to pay (there were 3 people in the place the lady was serving none she was talking to the other one) then I waited for another 10-15 minutes for my change and receipt which I never got. I ended up being late for an extremely important meeting because of this. Was absolutely beyond angry with this entire experience. It got to the point where I did not care about getting my change, getting a receipt, or getting what I ordered so I just asked if I could leave. I really should not have tipped this experience was beyond terrible and potentially could cost me tens of thousands of dollars because I decided to go here instead of the McDonald's down the street. Let me tell you this was a beyond miserable abhorrent experience. From someone who isn't from this area who came to this area on business this is terrible service. There was one positive thing about my experience and it's that they charged me the actual price of the burger, instead of charging you the extra price for takeout food. (Which by the way they don't even have takeout prices posted). I thought this was a burger place because I seen the burger sign on the side of the building. Had I known this was a low end bar with terrible service I would have never come here.

I ordered carry out yesterday (friday), 8 cheeseburgers, fries and onion rings bill was $27. The lady that took my order yesterday said cheeseburgers are .95 + $2.00 carry out fee. I place another order today 8 cheeseburgers, mushrooms, onion rings and chicken strips- Manager lady rung me up and gave me a bill for $77.00 i explained this must be a mistake because both people that took my order on the phone said the same price for cheeseburgers $2.95. Manager says that's a mistake and the cheeseburgers are $5.00 now. The waitress was trying to explain the price to the Manager also but she wasn't haven't it! I did not pay for the order and walked out- Manager has a horrible attitude- I love their food but manger sucks!

On my first visit there, I found the staff to be generally pleasant, but the waitress could have worn a different shirt. Despite that, their bar food, particularly the burgers, was excellent and priced well.

Food is good but they got too cheap to buy items that go on burgers. Who srsly only sells burgers with onion and cheese? This place. The mini tacos are literally the frozen ones you get at Walmart.

Owner sucks, staff sucks. Scary place. I hope the owner loses his liquor license. Not a safe place. Stabbings, shootings...who wants to be in this environment? Stay far away. Zero stars should be an option.

Beware of this bar—it's a recipe for disaster. No security, IDs aren't checked, and violence is a regular occurrence. Just a few months ago, there was a stabbing, and now, a shooting on March 9th. When chaos erupted, I fled for my life, leaving my jacket with my prescription glasses behind. Upon returning the next day, the bartender, who was there claimed ignorance and was incredibly rude, even suggesting I was to blame for leaving it behind. I was running for my life, sorry i didn't wait around to be shot to grab it. I expected to be able to pick it up the next day however the staff is obviously untrustworthy. Despite my efforts to contact the owner, I was met with delays and indifference. I'll be filing a police report to claim insurance for my glasses. This bar's disregard for safety is appalling, and the owner's negligence is evident. It's time they face consequences, including the revocation of their liquor license. I won't be setting foot in this place again, and I'll be warning others to steer clear.
