On Oct 8 I ordered the whole slab rib dinner. The fries were great. The ribs were the worst i ever had because they were so soft like they were boiled. They would have tasted fine but they just sucked off the bone and down your throat. Required little to no chewing. I was to tired to take them back. Had just picked my husband up from the hospital. Also after ordering on the premises, the clerk talked out loud the whole time on the phone using earbuds looking down ignoring me totally. I didn't feel welcomed. I think it the business has changed hands. I was the only customer and there were no cars in the lot. Now I see why.

I used to frequent this location for years until ownership changed. Wife ordered simple. Breadsticks pulled slightly early so they would be soft extra butter parm and ranch. Greek salad with Italian extra olive and extra peppers. Breaksticks were Over cooked and they have her pizza sauce. Salad looked like pizza toppings thrown in a bowl not appetizing and have the wrong dressing. The girl at the front counter and all the staff were wearing pajamas, basketball shorts, no hair pulled back or secured. It's sad to see how far down this location has fallen. Used to be my favorite and now after last night I won't be going back.

They double charged me $45 on an online order and I haven't been able to get my money back. They say call corporate then corporate says take it up with the store. I just want my money back. Will not be ordering until I get my money back.

I used to love ordering from here but lately their service has not been great, the last couple of times they have forgotten items & when I call they say they'll replace it but I have to call multiple times to get them to do it & just today I ordered cheese fries that came with just a slice of cheese that was stuck to the wax paper so I really didn't get any cheese. They need to do alot better before I order again!

Well, they messed up basically everything. I got the wrong kind of pizza and the wrong kind of dessert. They got the cheesy bread right. I'll definitely make sure I double check that I'm ordering from the correct Happy's Pizza location next time. This one ain't it.

I usually go to the Dearborn Heights location because it’s a lot closer to home. We called the Dearborn Heights on cherry hill location (first) to place a pick up for a cheese calzone and a chicken salad. They completely overcharged us so we called and canceled the order. I decided to call the Taylor location on Ecorse Road and when I got there Calvin greeted me with a smile and asked me how my night was going. I told him about how the Dearborn Heights location overcharged us and how the lady was very rude. he was so nice and super friendly about everything and he gave me some free beverages on him. Calvin was so nice and so professional. Whenever we order from Happys I will always come to this location just because of him. Happys needs more workers like him. Thank you, Calvin for being so nice and making my night!

First off I order cheese sticks they gave me fired mushrooms I call to tell them he says oh nobody called you and told you we were out I said no. Then I ordered catfish and cheese fries. Catfish was nasty and had a smell and they barely put cheese on my fries and my chicken tenders were hard and very dry. Not worth the $47.11 I spent and I will never order from them again.
