Went in to order pizza after a minute I noticed it's not that very clean and the guy in the back scratching his head his arms and still making pizza with no gloves I turned around and walked out

Would give 0 stars if I could, customer service sucks and if you place a big order and they don’t wanna make it they will just let the order you placed wait for hours until they close and it auto cancels. Even called them to see the status on my order and they said it was “almost done and will be heading to you in a few minutes” just for it to never shop up 2 hours later…

Don't want to give a star at all food has been horrible,staff are rude and if you value your money don't go here I won't be they hung up on me won't give me my right order or a refund even though it's their fault no more Happy's pizza that's why they're going out of business

On Oct 8 I ordered the whole slab rib dinner. The fries were great. The ribs were the worst i ever had because they were so soft like they were boiled. They would have tasted fine but they just sucked off the bone and down your throat. Required little to no chewing. I was to tired to take them back. Had just picked my husband up from the hospital. Also after ordering on the premises, the clerk talked out loud the whole time on the phone using earbuds looking down ignoring me totally. I didn't feel welcomed. I think it the business has changed hands. I was the only customer and there were no cars in the lot. Now I see why.

I used to frequent this location for years until ownership changed. Wife ordered simple. Breadsticks pulled slightly early so they would be soft extra butter parm and ranch. Greek salad with Italian extra olive and extra peppers. Breaksticks were Over cooked and they have her pizza sauce. Salad looked like pizza toppings thrown in a bowl not appetizing and have the wrong dressing. The girl at the front counter and all the staff were wearing pajamas, basketball shorts, no hair pulled back or secured. It's sad to see how far down this location has fallen. Used to be my favorite and now after last night I won't be going back.

Order arrived over 20 minutes late. The driver was unable to find my building despite clear directions being provided. The food was completely cold.
They double charged me $45 on an online order and I haven't been able to get my money back. They say call corporate then corporate says take it up with the store. I just want my money back. Will not be ordering until I get my money back.

I used to love ordering from here but lately their service has not been great, the last couple of times they have forgotten items & when I call they say they'll replace it but I have to call multiple times to get them to do it & just today I ordered cheese fries that came with just a slice of cheese that was stuck to the wax paper so I really didn't get any cheese. They need to do alot better before I order again!

Well, they messed up basically everything. I got the wrong kind of pizza and the wrong kind of dessert. They got the cheesy bread right. I'll definitely make sure I double check that I'm ordering from the correct Happy's Pizza location next time. This one ain't it.
