I like all the flavor options on the crust. I love that you can get the pizza crust stuffed with cheese. It's pretty cool that this is a Taylor original. Hungry Howies' very 1st store. Bring the pickle bacon ranch back please lol

Was hair in my pizza this exactly why they need to wear hairnets for head and they beards im paying 17 dollars for pizza that’s coming with hairs I don’t know how yall live if yall clean or not and im finding shit on my pizza plusss the cashier lady could be a little more nicer and not in a rush to get off and leave if you don’t like the job don’t work there.

If you place an order online, you must call the store for questions & on 10/12/2024 they did not answer the phone from 8:00~8:45 while I held continuously.. with the exception of hanging up & calling back. They have a phone system that takes new orders & the representatives do not have access to online/existing orders. I’m making this review because I had to listen to the recording for 45 minutes; I think you need to retrain the staff working tonight & I Hope management will manage this issue!

Very upset my order was messed up I just called today the manager said it was nothing he could do about it because I waited to long for a remake. I ordered the 20 dollar deal they have picked it up and headed towards toledo Ohio. When I arrived I noticed there was no toppings on my pizza also the cheese bread was hard I was told there would be notes in the system and I could get a remake anytime. That definitely wasn't the case the manager just told me he couldn't help me..I definitely want be back I've been ordering here for years now very dissatisfied

Unfortunately bad customer service. I ordered on the app, it gave an eta of 37 minutes. Am hour went by and no delivery or update, so I called the store. Jordan answered and said it was marked as on the road half an hour ago, it should arrive soon. I l live 6 minutes from this store. I received my delivery a little later and the food was cold and soggy. I called back asked if there was anything they could do, and I was met with long pauses and short answers of some store credit, or they can remake the order and send it out, another hour wait, and I could exchange the food. I asked if I could get a refund if I brought the food in, and was met by more of a silent wait time, then I was told if I had any of the food, no refund will be provided. I brought all the untouched food back, and asked for the refund. Jordan again, silence and couldn't answer whether his customer service and answers were hungry Howie policy or corporate. His location made a mistake, had incorrect times on the app, failed to deliver what was ordered in good condition, and he said they are not responsible for what is on the app. He opened the boxes I returned and all the wrappers looking for anything to have been consumed. The other employees were not busy making other orsers, three employees were standing behind the counter just watching. Someone else came from the back of the store finally with a receipt, handed it to me silently, and that was it. Unfortunate lack of customer service and poor attitude and lack of accountability for their mistake.

Incredibly rude people in there. They messed up my delivery and when I went there to ask for the correct item they acted like I was robbing them or something. Guy behind the counter literally throwing his hands up over a .79¢ sauce he forgot to give me, which I paid for. Waste of time and money.
