I never leave reviews but this irritated me lol. I’ve been coming here for a while and the food is always good and ready fast, but the lady with the dark hair (side of her head shaved, didn’t get her name but I see she’s got other reviews on here too) that’s always there is not very nice. I walked in to pick up a mobile order, wasn’t greeted at all , just looked at by all 4 employees. I understand not being able to help someone right away so I just waited to be assisted. Then another customer walks in and is immediately asked if he’s there for a mobile order so I let the lady know that I was there for one as well. She got an attitude with me right off the jump. I hate to complain but almost every time we come in to pick up food, the same lady has a nasty attitude towards the customers and is not very friendly. Type of thing that makes you want to stop going in lol

Terrible service. Tried to call , phones were off. Then I pulled in at 7:45 pm and the front door was locked but they told me the back door. As soon as I walked to the back that door was locked as well and they stood there and just stared at me. I’ve been coming to this location the past year never had a problem but this has just pissed me off. Terrible.

I was craving one of your Italian subs. I called 10 minutes before close and Greg was more happy than ever to service me Even though it was 10 minutes till close and I am so grateful for him.
