I was craving one of your Italian subs. I called 10 minutes before close and Greg was more happy than ever to service me Even though it was 10 minutes till close and I am so grateful for him. He is a good employee and you need more like him. No, I will always continue to use this location because of him. 🥰 Very happy forever customer!

Great customer service the manager literally went out his way to make my day I never experienced anything like this in my life I’m very appreciative that he was patient and willing to help !!! I will continue to shop Greg the manager is great. There was a mistake on the order and he fixed it and gave a complementary item as well

The sub was delicious, the service was great. I accidentally ordered a meatless sub, I placed the order online and the picture looked like it had steak. Got home realized it was just green pepper, onion and mushroom. It was my fault, I was rushing, starving and having to pick up kids after work so I didnt realize it was veggies only. The woman who answered my call was very nice and immediately offered to remake the sub with steak. Wish I got her name, this is at the Taylor location.
