This place needs new management! Store used to be CLEAN and the experience was so friendly but now you feel like you are being rushed out the door so they can get back to their conversation. The lettuce always look gross, bread is hard as a rock and just no care whatsoever. I don't know what happened to this store in the past year but it has gone downhill! Starts with management and domino's down, maybe get a new general manager and a whole new crew and train the correctly! I miss how the experience used to be there, won't be back.

editing previous glowing review to review today’s experience which was awful. ordered delivery (have been for 10 years from this location), driver delivered to wrong address. called immediately after tracker indicated it was delivered. driver couldn’t tell me what front of house looks like (ver distinct decorations that would have told me he had been to the house) but wanted to tell me my location from google maps (sir, that doesn't show where you delivered, it shows where you are SUPPOSED to deliver ). wouldn't re-deliver said if i wanted another order I would have to come get it.

Do NOT go to this location! Lady in front of me got her order messed up so I should’ve known better (I overheard it was made wrong twice). 3 people working but can’t make anything right. Paid for avocado on 2 sandwiches- neither had it. Didn’t add pickles as requested. Had I not already ordered online/paid, I would’ve gone to another location but I’ll never be back here! Advise anyone to do the same if you want what you’re paying for!!

This place never has a delivery driver. The owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves. This is not how you run a business. Unfortunately I get stuck ordering from this place a lot due to the fact that I’m at work and not a lot of places deliver. They are currently using Uber Eats and just takes way too long. Sometimes an hour or more. Totally screwing up my lunch schedule at work. Something new pops up around here I’m done.

I didnt realize I ordered Subway? Had Reg sauce put on my sandwich and whoever made it turned into slop. Could barely eat it. Every bite I took was basically pure sauce. I ended up just tossing it out and not even finishing it. Sure every location might be different. However, this will leave a long lasting impression. Quality of food across the bored has gotten worse while prices have increased. Just another reminder to just stay home and make your own food. In the long run, it's healthier and cheaper to boot.

They always mess up my order. I order a veggie and add the other cheeses and they always end up taking one cheese off of their choosing—I don’t understand why or what’s going on but I am paying for all 3 of them, not gambling on what cheese I don’t get from here when I order. they always leave at least one of them off.

This was the worst Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve ever had. I got a simple tuna on wheat. The bread wasn’t cut. It was extremely messy to the point that I had to remake the sandwich in order to be able to eat it. I walked inside to pick it up and no one looked at me, said anything, or acknowledged that I existed. 2/10 likely will not go back. Thankfully the Dearborn location is SO much better
