Ordered food an hour ago, not delivered. When I called the store they said “oh we tried to call you”. ONCE. they called once and didn’t leave a message. So instead of trying to figure it out, they cancelled the order and didn’t tell me. Go somewhere else.

12/26/2024 one of the male workers in the evening had a temper tantrum and started yelling at the salt truck driver. Extremely childish and unprofessional

Only get 1 star because I can't give less. We have skipped this establishment for almost 2 years because they ALWAYS mess up my sandwich. Husband wants it today so we order. I order a plain turkey and bacon, plain. Pick up order, get home and every single topping on ny sandwich. It may not matter to you, but they will not get another dime from me.

I always get the Gargantuan and it’s always really good. This last one could have used more dressing than I’m used to seeing. Also, for those interested, I tried the jalapeno ranch for the first time. It’s ok but the Kickin’ ranch was so much better. Very disappointed that the restaurant switched to jalapeno flavoring. It’s the only reason I don’t order from here much anymore :-(

Went to this place on 8/27/24 at 830pm. They told me they were closed because they had no bread. NO BREAD. What kind of sub shop runs out of bread. Absolutely BS.

Stopped in before the tigers game. Grabbed a couple subs some chips and a couple drinks.
Our visit was very good. Subs were very well made. I asked for extra tomato and mayo. No problem. Other sub needed less lettuce and more onion. No problem. Our beverages were self serve. So no issues there with temperature. Ice and what not.
Staff on a Tuesday evening ( 5:00 pm ) were very kind. The girl making the subs was super nice. Delivery driver was there. Asked if we needed anything. And have a nice day.
The absolute nicest staff! I go here consistently- great people, good music, and they always prepare the food quick! Best Jimmy John’s ever! Shout out to the amazing staff!
