I’m extremely disappointed in both the quality of food and the customer service I received. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and what I received was absolutely inedible—the sauce was completely separated, oily, and tasted sour, like it had gone bad. This wasn’t a matter of preference or it “not being my thing”—this dish was clearly spoiled.

Karl's has been our "go to" pizza place for over a decade...not sure if they have new owners or what - but our last 2xs ordering the pizza has been very disappointing-no longer fresh quality ingredients...sorry.
