I’m extremely disappointed in both the quality of food and the customer service I received. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and what I received was absolutely inedible—the sauce was completely separated, oily, and tasted sour, like it had gone bad. This wasn’t a matter of preference or it “not being my thing”—this dish was clearly spoiled.
What made it worse was the way management handled the situation. After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I expected at least a basic level of understanding or a willingness to make it right. Instead, I was met with attitude and no effort to find a solution—no replacement, no refund, not even a sincere apology.
It’s really unfortunate to see a place we’ve supported for decades drop the ball like this. This experience has completely changed the way I view this business.

Don’t understand why they keep charging me a dollar for my ranch cup. I could understand if I was still getting the cocktail sauce with my breaded mushrooms, but if I’m not getting the cocktail sauce and I am getting a ranch cup instead, I don’t feel I should be charged a dollar. .
