Always get my food fast here and never had an issue sometime some workers act like they absolutely don't want to be there but what ever my food wasn't messed up and I am sure at my job I probably have the same face too

My wife went to pick up our mobile order and was shorted the 6 tenders, and the bucket was supposed to be legs and thighs and had brest instead of a thigh. Javier answered when she called and said they would put us in a book ? And we will get comped later ??? I'll update you later

I simply just wont return. I can already tell that calling and complaining would be pointless bc u clearly dont care what u hand your customers from the minute they order.

This is KFC is ridiculous. They don't give u all your food. Then when u come back to get the food they act like u did something wrong. Kids-- even the manager. This not the first time with them either. Don't see how they still open

They're are 2 KFC's closer to me but I always drive a little farther just to go to this location. The food is always fresh and I always get great customer service. Tonight I ordered the 8 piece meal. Lina was my cashier and she was very nice. I had a couple questions and she was very helpful. She got my food quickly & it was hot & delicious, and it's the little things like asking if I'd like honey or hot sauce and making sure there were napkins in the bag that I really appreciate. I will always go to this location for the great food & service.
