Not a food review. However, I called up here about a week ago asking if it was possible for me to buy an empty bucket for a Halloween costume. The employee over the phone told me they could and it would be $1. Well, I go up there just for the lady at the speaker to tell me that they aren’t able to do that and when I told her I called a few days ago and was told I could she said her boss said they couldn’t do that anymore. If the worker would’ve told me that over the phone, I wouldn’t have wasted my time going up there. They need to make sure their policies are enforced across the board and all the employees know the rules. I called another KFC and they said they will do it free of charge.

If I could give zero stars I would, worst service I have had in a long time, went through drive through, ordered a simple 8 PC original recipe, was told to pull up and wait , I waited and waited, watched 15 cars get through behind me , had to go inside, then waited more , cashier had no idea what was going on, then my wife who was driving a separate vehicle, parked in the lot , and the worker gave the food away to the WRONG vehicle, then after arriving at home they provided extra crispy, my wife just had multiple teeth pulled and now cannot eat , total incompetence, I want my money returned

The website says they close at 11 but they closed and 9 and I placed a order on the app 30 minutes prior to that and I could not get my food that I paid for and I ordered the food off there app that’s is uncalled for no reason they should close that early

Makes you wait for over an hour just for some wedges. Cant offer refunds. Cant offer explanations that actually correlate with the issue. Skip over you to give other people food. Then when you finally get your food its all cold. And all the while treat you like your a crazy jerk for getting impatient and a bit mad.

I hate that you don't offer slice cheese for your sandwich. I also know this is a chicken place not a sandwich place. Why do you have the bun, pickle or Mayo if not for that sandwich. Than why not cheese?

Went to order the new BBQ wings they don’t have the sauce to dip in just the regular hot wings cool. Then they serve me last weeks wings that’s old and dried out but when I call want to offer me some replacements from when last night? Nah I’m good this is not the first time y’all did me dirty .

I am gonna be 100 honest...KFC has gone down from when the first days...I am 57 and lived at KFC as a teen and adult...the recipe has changed the quality has gone way down and the crispy chicken come.on guys the way it's done it's far from the original way it was done back in let's just say 1992...go back to that and see your business boom
I visited this KFC today. The woman who took my order was very nice. The other staff was working hard too. My chicken and sides were fresh. I'm very pleased and will be back to the Taylor location again. Good job manager for a store well run.

You see these tenders? 8 of them is $19, and they're the worst tenders I ever had. They also didnt put my fries in the order, which I had to call KFC and be on line with them for 30 minutes to get a $3 refund for them.
Go to Popeyes or literally even McDonalds chicken is better. Also the corn was disgusting, how do you mess up corn????

The lady(maybe a manager) at counter was quite snap, snap. No way to ask a question. She was like her ya go & gone! Needs to work one her customer service more. Potatoes were a bit sloppy, all over the outside edges & lid. Otherwise food was as expected.
