I ordered delivery which I only received half the food. I got all the chicken which was fresh and delicious. However, I did not get the sides I ordered (half our dinner) . I'm sure it could have been 5 stars if I got my Mac and chz and mashed potatoes with gravy

Door Dash didnot deliver the coleslaw that was part of a $50 order. I called the store & the guy admitted he forgot the coleslaw. He refused to refund the item. He refused to do anything -- clear he didn't care. THIS IS THEFT. THIS STORE IS DISHONEST. I AM GOING TO FILE A POLICE REPORT WITH ROMULUS POLICE. THIS IS THEFT.

got a 3-piece dark, and almost got fries but then i saw the okra...this is the 2nd time i got krispy krunchy chicken and there is no kick...almost no detectable spices, tastes exactly like church's chicken now...the okra had NO seasoning at all...a big disappointment...not even saltno need to return....i liked the extra spice it used to have, which made it different from other spots. it was $11 for 2 thighs, a drumstick and a side of okra and i can make a whole pan of chicken seasoned with love for that money..there was a drive thru, but it was out of service...there were cars parked in the lane, and boxes stacked in front of the window...it's basically a food truck inside the gas station (like all the rest of them)...but i drove specifically to this location for the drive thru service..
