I ordered a all black cake for my birthday online (death to my 20s) and when I showed up to get it, it was not how I expected. I talked to the lady who was working and she went above and beyond to give me the cake I wanted. She made it awesome for my day and even wished me happy birthday after she just put in a ton of extra work. Thank you so much for making my special day even better. Truly am grateful 🙏🏻

Tuesday 7/25 7:35pm. The line for self checkout went to the back of the store. And only one human cashier. But you better believe they have a security guard on staff watching over customers at self check out! Avoid this understaffed store if you value your time.
Update 10/3/24: I am living a Kroger free life and I couldn't be happier. I encourage everyone to find local businesses to support and alternative stores such as Aldi's. The selection may be smaller but I have saved so much time, money, and stress by not shopping at Kroger that it is a no brainer decision to ditch them completely.

Yesterday me and my mom were leaving the store and she had a motorized cart she was going to take back inside once we got the groceries in the car and an employee named Lucas helped my mom to the car and made sure she was okay and took the motorized cart back in the store. Thank you for being so kind and helpful

This Krogers was one of the best krogers I've been to and all the staff was nice and friendly and helpful. Also they knew what the products were and where to find the products. This store had a lot of products that other Krogers don't stock up on in the store. Other Kroger stores do not have, and it was clean also. I have been to other Kroger stores like AnnArbor and Ypsilanti. The meat department smells so bad in those stores like Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. I just walk out and don't even go buy anything. Thanks for keeping your staffing well trained ?
Well every time I go there you have nice employees they help you they know you when you go there a lot and I do go there a lot but the problem is is when you run out of stuff on your digit coupons and you go the next day you're still out of them and that's not right or something but like I said you are employees are very nice every time you go in there they help you out very much no matter what even when even when you need something high even customers help me so I say you got very nice

Deli counter was not crowed when we were there. The women that waited on us was rude and took 20-25 minutes to get some lunch meat sliced and bagged. In that 20-25 minutes the line was so long. You really need to get your customer service to be better and not rude.

Honestly very disappointed in this kroger. I’ve had these raspberry’s for legit 24 hours. I will no longer be going their.. on top of that the lines are to the back of the store and they only have a very helpful workers which are a handful of the older ladies in the front
