Horrible service at self checkout! A Lady in black and white striped pants and scooby doo hoodie had such a attitude. First she was mad because she said the self checkout we were already using was closed because it had grocery bags on top of it...then proceeded to give my brother and father a attitude any time we needed help. I will be definitely avoiding this one in the future.

I tried to order a box of chicken 4 days in advance when they ask for only 2 days and they refused saying they had too many orders. Isnt that why we place orders so they can prepare in advance with food and staff? No apology. Never going back there again.

They make delicious donuts and custom cakes. Had a cheeseburger cake made for my son it was so cool looking and was delicious.

Clicklist as a whole has been horrible! Besides the long wait times, I don't receive texts or emails anymore about missing/substituted items. When I picked up my groceries yesterday I got home only to find that my eggs were broken, and that a bottle of alcohol came with the sensor cover still on top. How did the bottle even make it out of the store without setting off an alarm? I'm aware there are a few different people involved in the process, from shopping, bagging, and delivering groceries to your vehicle. Maybe that's part of the problem because when something goes wrong, how do you know WHO to hold accountable, or WHERE exactly in the process is it failing?

The WORST!!! Never have enough cashiers. Bottle return is always broken. They can't even keep the store clean because they are so under staffed

Would choose zero starts if available!! Worst experience I've ever had in a kroger ever. Customer service employees were beyond rude! Customer service had an attitude with me, and completely disrespectful for my request for money orders. Tabytha the customer service employee was so rude and Becca (she said she was the supervisor/manager for customer service). They both accused me of money laundering because I had too much money to ask for money orders. And I didn't have a social security card with me?? (Who carries a SS card in their wallet!? It even says not to on the card itself, so crazy. I gave my SS # no problem since they were so adamant about it. ‍ I said I'd go somewhere else if it was too much to ask for and was an issue, and they said they would report me for doing this? I had my 2 year old son with me, trying to get money orders because my husband and I don't have a bank account here. I tried to explain we sold some furniture and didn't have a way to deposit since wells fargo doesn't have a bank here, but they didn't respond or care. Just ignored me. They still showed me complete disrespect and unkindness, continuing to treat me as though I was a criminal in some way? And on top of everything else Tabytha (customer service employee) got an attitude with me when I asked about my license, (she still had it & I didn't want to lose it), her saying she would give back my ID once she gave me a receipt, rolling her eyes and getting an attitude and disrespectful tone with me Becca got an attitude with me because they charged me $50 for 6 money orders that should of have been about $5 total. When I came back and asked for a manager, Becca wouldn't get one for me and wouldn't give me the cash back... finally she did refund my $ after talking to some manager I guess(one I never saw).

Normally I'm pretty happy with this store. I mostly do pickups. On November 19 I scheduled a pickup for their noon to 1:00 pm window. 90 minutes after my on time arrival I'm still in a line wrapped around the parking lot progress has been ridiculously slow. Until today I thought they used the windows to reduce wait times. Now I feel they're like the close door button on the elevator. I understand there are new Covid rules in place and that could be the cause. In my wait I've called the store and regional numbers with no explanation for the wait. I do not recommend this anymore.

I was in this morning October 3, 2020. There was a line of 15 carts deep with only one register open. When you mention something to the other 40 Kroger employees standing around, their only answer is “that’s corporate“. Not one person seem to actually care. “That’s not my job”the famous line from many employees was one of the responses I got.
