Feels as if they found a new supplier and the food shows the cheaper ingredients the taste has become so bland. Had French toast that tasted like the eggs were fake

The soup isn’t good. The steak is overcooked. I ordered a medium steak. But coming with an almost well-done…steak. The waitress is nice. The receptionist isn’t good. We need two separate receipts but he always misunderstood our meaning. He thought we don’t want to pay the tips… well~ if he kept misunderstanding our meaning. We might not to give the tips… Luckily, he understood what we meant and gave us the receipts. We gave him tips as well.

Upon walking in to this restaurant my first impression was that it stunk. But I was really hungry and excited to eat so we ordered right away and got two omelettes and pancakes. The food was pretty good to me until my friend mentioned that his tasted funny and we brought up the stench again.
The service was good though she was doing her thing. It's just that that smell permeated and ruined the overall experience.
The over all experience here is worth the trip. Place needs remodeling but the food is good, service is good.
