I used to order from here all the time tonight i ordered 2 quarts of chicken tortilla soup do to me being sick. I was served cold ice cold soup when calling the girl on the phone told me “you can bring it up here and I’ll microwave it for you” as if I don’t have one at home then continued to say they only keep one quart hot…. Both were ice cold I live maybe 5 minutes from Leo’s! Then when I asked if I could just bring them up and get a refund she proceeded to catch an attitude then hung up as if the food is now coming out of her pocket!

They cook their bacon the night before therefore it isn’t fresh coming to the table. Toast was hard as a rock and eggs cooked way too long. Did not have a good experience and definitely will not be back.

I walk in a waitress is at cash register doesn’t even greet me at all then walks away there’s a guy standing there on his phone for a good three minutes before even get any kind of recognition at all. Then wasn’t even like on sorry just was like watcha here for lol asked for my food to ready at 7 it’s not 715 and still not ready

food was OK I guess but our server had the rudest nastiest attitude and gave the dirtiest looks I can’t remember what her name was I’m pretty sure it started with M and she has blonde hair and skinny. So very rude I felt insulted the entire time just by the way she looked at me!!!!!
