I ordered the meal French toast and sausage. I had a hair in my food. And the waitress took off the French Toast n charged me for the sausage. Even tho I didn't eat all the sausage because after seeing the hair in my food I was grossed out! So when I asked her why I was getting charged for the sausage when I ordered the meal..she said because u ate some of the sausage so im giving that to you for free ... I was like okay! She got NO TIP! RUDE!!!

Myself and my fiance and niece went to Leo's yesterday for dinner. I ordered the ceasor chicken wrap. When I got my wrap it was different then the picture in the menu. First few bites tasted like someone poured a large amount of pepper on the chicken all the chicken. I informed the waitress and ordered a grilled cheese instead. She kept pushing to let them remake the chicken several times i declined and asked to not be charged for the wrap. My grilled cheese was brought out and handed to my niece who was across from me. I received the bill where I was charged for the wrap. I paid and immediately left. I won't be back.

I’ve read negative reviews about this Leo’s but had never tried it. We however love the Leo’s near us and happened to be staying at our kid’s for the week in the area, so we decided to give it a try. We liked it. There was an issue two particular days with their register and a loud upset customer one day about an incorrect carry out order, but aside from that, food was AMAZING and LARGE portions for breakfast! Every server was pleasant and efficient. I’d give this Leo’s two thumbs up. (We always went for breakfast or brunch)

Did a call in for 2 cornbeef sandwiches 1 with Swiss cheese and extra meat the other with American cheese took 20mins to order my food constantly being put on hold, Finally gets up there order all wrong the corn beef with Swiss cheese had no extra meat but they but extra meat on the American corn beef but NO CHEESE (MAYBE IM WRONG BUT WHO EAT CORN BEEF WITH NO CHEESE????!!!!!!) I live 3 minutes away and I will NEVER come here again BTW I was a 1st time customer just WOW 2 Arabic males in the kitchen hopefully the owners do something about this

My wife and myself ordered door dash tonight from them and I ordered a chef salad minus tomato but got a chicken salad and when I called after receiving my order they blamed door dash which door dash did return the money for the salad but it shouldn't be put on them when it's the employees of the restaurant to have the orders right to begin with so unfortunately their customer service wasn't great tonight so be careful what staff you get and always check your order

I have been eating here most Thursday for the past year or so and I have never had an issue until this last Thursday, me and my husband got out normal order (chicken Cesar wrap and chicken gyro) and now we both have been struggling with food poisoning since, it is the only thing we ate that was even similar for a couple days so I know for a fact it came from this restaurant, clearly something went wrong in the kitchen with contamination and yall need to check on it
Me and the family/cousin and uncle meet at least twice a month to have breakfast on Sundays. Over all a great place to gather and just watching the staff interact with other customers and seeing satisfied customers is always a plus people are treated like family. I could go on but you get the point, we are never disappointed a good experience every time.
Kid-friendliness: The wait staff is always friendly and attentive, they keep your coffee cup filled up. Nothing is 100 but darn close.
