so disappointed in the staff at this location. they knew a small kitten had been injured in their drive thru, didn't call anyone about it, didn't go out to check if it was okay. it laid there alive and in pain for however long before I came at 8pm. I get being busy but it takes 2 minutes to make a phone call
I'm line for over 45 min from speaker to window. y'all should be ashamed of yourselves
