I've tried this place 3 times over the past 5 years and every single time I drive away angry. There's always some sort of issue and it's like nobody cares. I will go a year or 2 not going here and hoping it will be better but it never is. Do better Little Caesar!!

Seriously, how are they still open? I've been to this location three times in the last month, 2 through the drive thru and once inside. Both drive through experiences he got on the speaker and I quote: "Little Caesars it's going to be a 45 min wait!" I said for everything? He rudely said yes. So, I gave it one more shot and went inside yesterday and had 5 furious people waiting in the lobby, and one person that walked in behind me, the feeling in the room was toxic! I finally got to the front asked for a regular pep hot n ready to which she replied, "that's going to be at least a 30min wait" so the person behind me and I both walked out! I was a store manager at 2 different locations years ago, one was in a bad very busy area but we still managed to at least keep our main "hot n ready" items ready at all times. This place is a fricken joke! I will be calling corporate and finding the franchise owners number because this place should not be open! It's not the employees fault, I feel bad for them having to make excuses & handle the complaints on the owners behalf. It's on the owner and corporate for not inspecting this location regularly. Sorry for the long winded review but they earned every word of it! Enjoy this read while waiting in their lobby!

Google should allow NO stars because giving them 1 Star is giving them too much credit. This location is horrible. They will take your order at the drive thru, have you waiting for so long, then after you pay you still have to wait. The inside is no better and they NEVER have pizzas ready. This is fast food. Grab and go. This location should close, get new staff and start over. Just awful.

It's 7:20 and I'm still standing in the lobby waiting for an order placed at 5:30. Will absolutely never come back to this location. Employees are confused and me and many others have been standing here for a very long time. You could cut the tension in here with a knife

Horrible wait and then when we got our pizza it was loaded with pepperoni which we did not order and under cooked soggy falling apart and not to mention you had to pay with a card or exact change my wait time was an hour I thought hot ready meant hot and ready

Ordered via the app for future pick up. They did not put the order in the oven until 2 minutes prior to pick up time. There is no line just a few cars going in to pick up their orders. It’s now 20 minutes after pick up time. Orders a regular hot n ready, crazy bread, and puffs. Everything that should be ready during this time.
