We found some hair in our food called to let them know. As soon as we let them know they said no lady we have our hair in braids. It aint ours. I let them know I am bald and have alopecia and they continued to give me attitude with saying it had to be mine. I don't know where the hair came from but they didn't want to take accountability at all. I asked may I please talk to the manager she said she was the manager. I said can I have your name she said no we don't give out names here. I don't know if she knew she was in the wrong giving me an attitude and blaming there hair on me but refused to give me her name. I would not recommend somewhere with this kind of attitude towards there customers.

Their food was so fresh and good, I went back inside and let them know how GOOD it was! Definitely will frequent this fast food spot when I have to eat out. It didn't make me feel fat and bloated or tired. What more can you ask for! Also the prices are so low... you can feed a family here easily for a great value!

Well that Long John silver has been there for quite a while, I'm 55 now and I remember going in there as a kid with my parents not much has changed. Still have the slippery sticky floors as if they washed them with soap and Coke at the same time. Food still good service was good but my wife almost fell like four times trying to get from the table to the door because of how slippy the floors are.

This place has went down hill. I placed my order online as I was running errands (I work 2 jobs this was my one day treat). I stop through the drive thru - I forgot to ask for condiments but also was not asked i should have received (2) boxes meals and with their prices being as much as a sit down restaurant they should be ashamed...I didn't think anything of it until I arrived at home and had the incorrect order...on top of it...the receipt showed whoever order it was they made it 3 hours before...I wasn't eating it not only because of that but her order was nothing but substitutes. I tried calling and their phone service just hung up on me...did a contact me to corporate nothing...I will never go back...yall can keep that garbage.

I came thru the drive thru and watching the cook. He's cooking with his bare hands. I was a manager at a LJS and when use tongs and gloves for every rotation. This guy grab the chicken right out the batter with his 2 fingers. So I ask the lady at the window was that protocol call how's he cooking food. She stated the chicken was hard to handle. When I was a manager chicken was frozen and fish. The chicken I saw look like it sat out for a long time or they freezer not working. I need a answer or response. Plus the so called management there ask me for my name trying to intimidate me 😆. I told him to get it off the review page

Drive 30 minutes because it's the only open location, waited 20 min in drive thru, got food, chicken was under cooked and soggy, fries were over cooked and hard, hush puppies were only cooked on one side and soggy on the other because they weren't flipped. Service was friendly, food was overpriced and had to throw it all away. I wish I could get a refund but I won't be driving back, and based off other reviews, they won't answer the phone anyways. I will be disputing with my bank. Don't waste your time eating here, what a waste.

a little bit of a wait but i dont mind for fresh food. it was great. expensive af for fast food but very delicious. we got chicken, hush puppies, waffles fries, and cheese bites. everything was fried perfectly. definitely greasy. but if you're gonna eat junk food on occasion why not go all out
