We've been eating at Malek's since they opened and have always been met with warmth and generosity.

It's our go-to for any large party. We've ordered their catering for birthdays, my parent's 50th anniversary, and other special occasions. The party trays are great because there's something for everyone.

This past Sunday we ordered party trays again and as usual, it was a big hit. If I had to pick favorites, it would be the gallayah, lamb kabob, kafta, and boneless chicken. They literally have the best gallayah in SE Michigan. And the best hummus and baba ghanouj too. Everything else is on point with classic flavors that have become comfort foods for our family.

Good food but I would have liked a little more seasoning and spice. Maybe next time :)

Some of the best Mediterranean food I've had. Restaurant was busy but that did not impact the speed at which we received our food. Service was very good.

Ive been going here since they opened the Taylor location. My favorite restaurant. Everything is delicious 😋 and the amount of food they give you is well worth the price. My go-to dish is the Chicken Sajji w rice and a side of grilled veggies 😋😋

Took a few minutes to get seated in a mostly empty restaurant. Then the waiter took my drink order and left. Another member of staff came by asking if I had been helped. When the server remembered me eventually brought it, the table bread was good the garlic sauces for dipping were definitely the highlight.

I got falafel appetizer and a schwarma sandwich. The falafel wasn't great and was very dry. Dipping it made it somewhat edible if I would have been very hungry. I got about two bites into the schwarma before I couldn't eat it.

I spent $30 and got about three bites total. Avoid, unfortunately. If you can, avoid sitting by the back door as the chemical smell from the bathrooms makes the dining experience unpleasant.
