There is no excuse for this, but lately no matter what McDonald's I do to, this is how the food looks. You have to do better McDonald's. These sandwiches are just thrown together with no regard to the customers. Very unappealing

After ordering we were missing an entire meal. The girl went to get it then came bavk out to ask for a receipt. Then came back with the missing drink and said you only paid for one. I said brought it in and still didnt see it. Two grinch meals and called a liar. Insane. And after waiting for so long the rest of my fo9d is cold. Won't be back

Very good until just recently. They’ve been forgetting to put dipping sauce in our happy meal quite often. I thought they were getting better but they forgot it again today. Also, several times recently they have given me sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened. Since I visit around the same time, maybe it’s just one person. Anyway I’ll be checking the bag before driving away for a while. The food was hot and good! Just no sauce.

I placed a mobile app order and went through the drive-through to pick it up. The line was busy and flowed smoothly and all the team members were so friendly. I had my dog in the truck with me and they were so nice to him. The food was made great and I just wanted to give them a shout out thank you for making our morning even brighter!
My order comes to $6.12 and the guy has the audacity to ask me if I want to make it $7. Unbelievable! I'm not blaming him but still McDonald's makes enough money. They're lucky to get my business let alone asked me to round up my bill shame on you McDonald's. Just what exactly are you doing with that extra money?

OK, the store was clean. The staff was nice but as slow as a frozen sloth....
The food was depressing.
Waited 18 minutes after placing my order (inside), for my food.
The fries must have been pulled early, because they were white, undercooked, and not salted.
My Big Mac was tossed together and the inside of the box was COATED in sauce. I wonder if the assembly guy/gal was blind....
Unhappy!!!

Oh my goodness one of the ladies that worked here came in the back making racial comments about another black staff members it was ridiculous what she said I can’t even repeat what she said it was about his hair, and went on talking about black people in general so sad I had to experience this. It was nov 18th 2024. A investigation needs to be done and she need to be terminated
***BEWARE*** Finger nails in food. Employees let their children/family in the play place without socks.

This McDonald's is running a scam with the mobile app. Advertised as 20% off all orders over 7 dollars. My meal was right around 9 dollars on the menu but when they put in the mobile app it bumps up the price to nearly 11 dollars then takes off the 20%. False advertising and pricing not being charged as stated per their menu.
