The Drive thru had a long line, so I went inside. I waited 15 minutes and no one took my order. So, I returned to my vehicle and went into the Drive thru. This line moved faster than the inside. After I ordered and paid for my food, I was informed to move up to wait. Again, I waited 20 minutes, with no food. I went inside and the food was not ready. It's lunch time now. WoW. I finally received my breakfast.

Young African American girl singing to the person taking my order while I was trying to tell him what I wanted. Reallly weird. And the manager came out (because my bun could have broken a freaking windshield and said” please she’s just a teenager. “ like WHAT?? She can work that doesn’t have anything to do with customer service. I’ve worked in customer service all of my young adult life and I will tell you right now that is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never ever go back there. I will go out of my way I will put gas in my car to go to McDonald’s for my son from now on I will never go back to that McDonald’s ever rudest people ever.

I wish I could give this place zero starts all I wanted was a large frie and a carmal Frappuccino and I stood there for 22 minutes and I had said excuse me nicely then after saying that a few times they said give me one sec then I said OK and after that it has been 2 mins so then I threw my recipe on their counter because of waiting so long so then after getting into my car I decided to call them and ask if I could ask to the manager and they said this is the manager and I said OK whats your name and they said why and I said what do you mean why I have a complaint and they hangup on me so then I called them again like 3 to 4 times and declined my call soooo will not be coming back ever again people pls don't go there!!

Drove 10mins out of my way to get food on my way home from work. Website says 24hrs and cars in the drive thru.Got turned away because "they're only accepting mobile orders and doordash".Ridiculous.
