Padlocks on a bathroom really? No refills after 2pm? Dirty tables, rude attitudes, cheeseburger buns were stale and food was cold. This place sucks! Go to the McDonald’s on ecorse road they’re nicer and food is better. Even the own workers wouldn’t have eaten the food they just gave me.

I have a three year-old daughter who had to use the bathroom and I was told I was not allowed to take her to the bathroom I had to purchase an item I was given a dirty look this lady was so rude I Now have a daughter who is soaking wet and crying because I couldn’t take her to the bathroom because of this McDonald’s policy I have worked for McDonald’s before and that has never been a policy when I asked the lady are you serious? I was told yes if you’re not buying anything, then you can leave. Do not come here. Worst customer service ever not to mention most of their tables were filthy and sticky. McDonald’s fix your policy

This one's shake machine is always working. Your order is hot and most of time its being handed out the window to you as you pull up. Its not the closest one to me but it's where I go

I was doing ubering. Went to go try and use the restroom. I was told I had to purchase something in order to utilize the bathroom. So I quickly decided not to order anything. And went to the McDonald's on telegraph road where I was welcome to utilize the restroom without any problems.

Was just there 9/30/2025 Pulled up at 10pm through drive through there was three cars ahead of us..we all waited 15mins..nothing…didn’t hear nothing from workers..they didn’t tell us anything as we drove off I asked one of the cars how long they have been there n lets just say longer than us and they were pissed also..

By far the worst McDonald’s in Michigan. Every time I come here it’s covered in filth and sticky pop everywhere. My flip flop got stuck to the floor as I was walking out. The kids play place? Forget it, it’s always trashed, food everywhere. Every table is sticky. No one takes your order for at least 30 minutes when you’re inside. In my opinion this store needs to be shut down, deep cleaned. And hire all new people, because obviously these people have no care in the world. Oh and good luck getting to mention your feet might get stuck to the pavement too.
