Ordered an Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreo and they did me dirty with shamrock all over the top and one scoop of Oreo without blending anything so no extra Oreo like I paid for and on top of it got shamrock which I did not want simple things that can be fixed but poor crew

Went and got dinner for my family, ordered via the app, 31 dollar order. Picked up in the drive through, was given receipt and then handed a single bag, and a cup carrier and told "have a good night" only to discover they did not give us the 4 fries that I ordered. My husband has been calling and calling and either it's busy or rings and rings. I won't go here again. Honestly I think it's time to give up this garbage altogether.

I'm starting off by saying I went through drive-thru. So I ordered a double cheeseburger because they had a 40% off coupon attached to it on the app.
Picked it up via drive-thru and before I left I looked to see how my food looked as I always do.
Open up the hamburger to see only two pickles of which I asked for extra and I also asked for tomatoes and lettuce.
To add tomatoes to my double cheeseburger cost $0.50 and to add lettuce to my double cheeseburger cost $0.30.
This does not even look like a good amount of lettuce at all I could probably count how many strips of lettuce this is.
My double cheeseburger look very skimpy but the taste was as expected like a double cheeseburger with two pickles, a tiny bit of lettuce and two tiny tomatoes.
I am disappointed, it's not the first time that this McDonald's have got my order wrong or something was wrong with it.
Maybe I should try a different McDonald's next time hopefully they will get my order correct especially since I love pickles! 🥒🥒🥒

The manager was literally smoking a cigarette at the drive thru window and it was a Smoker’s Choice cigarette (making it all the more disgusting!). When she handed me my food, there were visible flecks of feces on her hands. I also saw mice running around in the kitchen. When I reported these issues to the owner, he didn’t care. I wouldn’t go to any locations owned by this man because he is a negligent, uninvolved, and careless owner.
